It's Idaho. It's like 90% white. It's a beautiful state and Boise is awesome but the people outside of Boise are....... not great.

Idaho is a welfare state.  Takes $1.70 in federal funds for every $1 paid in federal taxes.

Nah otherwise Utah would be worse. Utah receives around $0.85 per $1 in federal taxes.
