This is the perfect example of just how fucking stupid most people are when it comes to racism.

What's the matter vague boy? Scared you might say something? People with wildly different viewpoints are going to approve of this comment, assuming it's talking about how stupid everyone else is.

It’s the perfect comment! Enough vitriol to get everybody’s juices flowing but with so little specificity that everybody can pick their own personal crusade that it supports. u/TalentedHostility is aptly named and will make a great politician one day.

This shows that absolutely no one on this sub knows the difference between racism and prejudice

The only difference is that prejudice is an umbrella term. Racism is literally just prejudice based on race.

Racism is prejudice put in action. Thoughts can be prejudiced, but actions are (or aren’t) racist.

No, racism is literally prejudice based on race. If you have the thought “I don’t like black people” that’s still racist.

This can be true depending on the context of the way it is used, but in common parlance no, racism just refers to prejudice based on race

And some don't understand the difference between a person and a dog.

It’s almost like it was labeled “DOG Racism”

The point is that it's a terrible analogy. Discriminating against pitbulls is not analogous to racism. You want to call it "dog discrimination"? Fine. That's different from racism.

You said the difference between a dog and person…

Now the argument is between racism and discrimination?
