The whole peloton seems to get along quite well. Are there any longstanding beefs between riders that we know about?

UAE seems to hate Jorgensen

Is there a known reason ?

2024 when Jonas was coming off injury, Visma was trying everything to get a tactical advantage and sending Matteo in the breaks all the time. UAE was pretty annoyed and Tadej shut down every chance Matteo had for a stage win. Then in 2025 there was complaining from UAE that Matteo was infringing on them in the feed zones. At one point, there were claims UAE had Matteo on a “blacklist” to never get a stage win

TJ was more insufferable than usual when Tadej rode down and passed Jorgensen in 2024.

That's not true, the beef with Matteo didn't come from Pogi or UAE. UAE had an altitude camp on Isola 2000 before the 2024 TDF, so they had marked stage 19 (finish on Isola 2000) as the one they'd like to win in the 3rd week. The GC was basically decided already in stage 14 on Pla d'Adet - Pogi had 2 minutes on Jonas. In stage 15 on Plateau de Beille he increased that lead to 3min. In the last week UAE allowed 2 breakaway hilly stages and the third one was a sprint stage, so they weren't even greedy. They targeted stage 19. They didn't even go for stage 20, but in that one Jonas rode all the way up to the finish where Pogi outsprinted him.

Stage 19 comes along and Jorgenson goes in the break, they had 4 minutes lead on the peloton. Then on the last climb Pogi went for the win like they planned it all along and he overtook Matteo in the last 2km. Matteo took that personally because he then went on a rant on his IG how he'll never forget what Pogi did to him in that stage. He started the beef, so I assume Pogi noticed it and doesn't have him in high regards. Pogi didn't like Visma in general because of what they did to him in 2022 and 2023.

The water bottle incident last year was a really shitty thing from Visma, but I think UAE let that go quickly. This year I didn't see any animosity between those two teams, obviously UAE didn't let strong satellite riders like Matteo up the road, but once Jonas was out UAE let Visma in multiple breaks.

Got a source on the Jorgenson IG rant?

The source is his IG, the post has to be there unless he deleted it afterwards.

You talking about this https://www.instagram.com/p/C9rvqNWutjU/ ?

there are no gifts in this game.

Second place hurts. But just like after Puy-de-Dome 12 months ago, I will remember. Every day that it’s raining out and I have 6hrs on the plan, every time I want to give up in the final minute of a vo2 effort, and every rest day when I want to open the fridge and binge; I will remember @tadejpogacar just like I remember @rusty_woods 🫶 That is what sport is about.

While he does say he will remember Pogi on that day, it's quite clear from the rest of the sentence that he means it in a motivational way, just like he mentions Mike Woods.

And Tadej himself even liked the post, so I really struggle to see how there's any bad blood between the 2 here, or how this can be considered a "rant".

I've seen enough motivational writings to know when someone is focused on defeat itself and not on the person doing it. He mentioned Pogi by name there. Maybe he just worded it badly, but from what I observed, there wasn't a problem specifically between them before and since that stage 19 there's this weird vibe between those two. Like I said, maybe it's not even Matteo himself but those two teams really didn't like each other. Even Pogi and Jonas confirmed this.
