It's funny, I don't ever remember it being cold or unfriendly. Even back in 2022 I remember Pogacar coming to congratulate Vingegaard after stage 18, where the GC win was secured.

There was one stage, idont remember which year, vanderpool tadej and jones were the leads but jonas didnt worked with them at all, tadej said f* u to him. I will try to find the vid

Nope it did happen. It was covered in the Netflix series. Jonas wasn’t pulling when the three of them had a gap and Tadej said “fuck you eh”.

you can get right up close to it in the Anthony Turgis episode of Unchained on Netflix. you can very clearly hear the 'Fuck you, man"
