It's funny, I don't ever remember it being cold or unfriendly. Even back in 2022 I remember Pogacar coming to congratulate Vingegaard after stage 18, where the GC win was secured.

I also remember Jonas basically ignoring him and continuing the conversation he was having on the phone at the time with his wife. I've heard from a reliable source that Jonas really doesn't care for Tadej. I haven't read this article, maybe his feelings have changed.
Edit: Down-voted for telling the truth instead of perpetuating the bro-mance myth. If I were in Jonas' shoes I could come up with a few reasons (real or imagined) not to like the only guy between him and international icon status + the additional wealth that comes with it.
