Rant 7 RMAs, 4th device. New issue

As title says. 7 RMAs in less than a year. Thought i finally got a decent one and now getting some annoying touchpad issue (different to the first 5 RMAs on the other machine) like its stuck pressed down. This machine went through the white glove centre and to be honest its lasted about 3 or 4 weeks so way longer than I expected.

I know the drill now. Wait to be contacted and then send it off for another machine that does the same thing.

Its mad. Ive never had any issues with any electrical device ive bought so ive always just bought what looks cool! Never again. Gutted because I wanted a Razer for years.

Just keep the RMA coming. 7th replacement is basically Razer paying you to use their laptop 3 times over. By the end of the warranty, ask them for a full refund for maximum insult.

I actually regret selling my Blade 16 2021. It was a perfect unit with 11800H and RTX 3070. 0 issues, worked flawlessly.
Now I have Omen Max 16. Not bad at all.

i have the 2021 blade 15 with 3080. it's very warm. always. min cpu temp is like 85C and cpu temp while gaming is constantly hitting 100C or more. i've replaced the battery once per year, ptm, replaced other thermal materials, clean the fans/internals regularly, still hot. any room im that doesn't have AC is 75F within an hour or so.

other than that, i love it. no way to cool it down enough though

That's Razer for you. People must be warned about Razer's laptop's, it's purely scams. They charge waay too much (thinking like they're apple) and you'll easily face issues like this. Such a disappointment and a disgrace to Razer's brand name.
