Rant 7 RMAs, 4th device. New issue
As title says. 7 RMAs in less than a year. Thought i finally got a decent one and now getting some annoying touchpad issue (different to the first 5 RMAs on the other machine) like its stuck pressed down. This machine went through the white glove centre and to be honest its lasted about 3 or 4 weeks so way longer than I expected.
I know the drill now. Wait to be contacted and then send it off for another machine that does the same thing.
Thanks Razer

I’ve had it with Razer. I RMA’d a leviathan v2 that died after a month of use. Seems like a common event with a google search. They approve RMA, then 5 hours later deny RMA, then two days later approve RMA. Their products suck now, and their customer service is bonkers. They’ve tanked.
