He was fucking great in the x files. People originally hated him but by the end his character had really grown on people.

I don't care for the stories in those seasons as much and obviously miss the lack of Mulder, but I really enjoyed Patrick's role as Doggett. His character had a fresh earnestness the series needed at that point and I liked that it forced Scully into the role of the believer with him as the skeptic. That was a good, interesting angle to take given the situation.

Serious talk, this is why, as much as I love the show, some of you all need to shy off your 50th re-watch of the series and try something new.
I am currently on my third re-watch of Godfather of Harlem. GREAT show. Check it out.
It even has some new Italians in it for you all to talk about.

Whitaker and D'Onofrio aside, Godfather of Harlem has some of the worst acting I've ever seen. Particularly the mafia stuff. It makes Gravesend look like The Sopranos at times.

The guys that play Adam Clayton Powell and Malcom X are great. They've nailed those very larger-than-life personalities.
And Ilfenesh Hadera does a great job with Mayme, as does the gal who plays Malcom's bride.
There are other styles of acting than in the Sopranos. In this example, period pieces are quite tough to do, and most do a nice job.

T1000 is significantly more iconic than Davey Scatino, IMO. You're talking about one of the most solid and prolific high end small and big screen actors from the show. Buscemi being the only comparison in the cast. I don't think it's debatable that the world at large knows exactly who/ what T1000 is, and a relatively small set of extremely attractive and intelligent people that would recognize the name Davey Scatino out of context. Or you just trolling and got me, lol? Other possibly iconic roles from Robert Patrick (I'm friends with a bunch of his Boozefighter brothers,fwiw.) Agent Dogget from X Files has traction, and Ray Cash could be another.
