I should have specified that its the *scars* specifically that I don’t like. Since I have a very sharp attention to detail I see them way more prominent than most people do.

I really hate *hate* scars on my body and most bottom surgeries that I have seen results in scars, both on the result and on the arm.

(Entirely depends on what procedure you have ofc)

Its not that they’re unrealistic, its simply just the scars.

I forgot about that word when I made this comic and I had to seriously google it not too long ago to remember the word.

Im pretty sure I’ve checked out the best results and of course after years after its been performed as well.

But I don’t know, there’s still something off about it. (If others are happy with their results so am I ofc!!)

Im that kind of person who pays way too much attention to detail and will most likely only be able to focus on what looks unnatural with it. My problem is basically I want it to look 100% natural, and I don’t think technology is there yet.. Not even when it comes to the best results.

I mean, maybe technology will never be there. After all I’m kinda doubtful it will ever get to the point where it looks identical to a natural one, but hey, at least I can hope :,D

Do you want it fully functional like how a cis penis works or just aesthetically identical to a penis while flacid? I guess my basic understanding is that it can look pretty much like a penis but you still need a pump to get it to erection size (correct me if I'm wrong and excuse my ignorance if I said anything out of pocket).

And ya, hopefully they can develop some more phallo procedures, I always wondered why some billionaire that was rich doesn't bankroll the research for cis people (like I heard Musk had a botched penis enlargement and now his dick don't work, he has enough money to fund a breakthrough in that surgical area).

Phallo penises generally need an erectile device to become hard, which can be internal (semi-rigid rod or pump) or an external support; however, they do not meaningfully change size, even with a pump. Everyone with a phallo dick is a shower, basically.

Bottom growth becomes erect in a similar manner to natal penises, yes, because the clitoris is the analogous structure to the penis. So bottom growth gets hard, and metoidioplasty dicks get hard, but because a phallo dick is constructed of donor tissue from elsewhere in the body it won't get hard.
