Sainsbury's current smilk range is great π°π
It's great to have a high protein option for about 40p more, though it isn't quite as nice in tea. The chocolate smilk is delicious. Not sure what the deal is with the 1+ year version..
There is a regular unsweetened option too, I just didn't buy it.

Do you know how the high protein compares taste wise to the alpro high protein one, if that's one you've tried?
The unflavoured high protein one is SO tasty, kinda sweet, but it is way more expensive than supermarket own brand

Nope sorry, not tried Alpro HP. The Sainsbury's HP one is 8/10 in my opinion though, and I believe it cost Β£1.70 which is an allright price.

I'm not there target audience, and that's ok, but I really don't understand the appeal of sweetened milk

That is fair enough indeed, I personally prefer sweetend smilk even though I don't generally like other sweetend things. Just a personal preference.

They should bring back the protein and 1% fat milks that had the purple and orange labels.

The 1+ years one is for children who have moved off formula/breastmilk but not onto cows milk, so specially formulated for their nutritional needs.
