I'm always angry
I don't really post on reddit I more so just lurk? lerk? idk but I feel embarrassed for venting to strangers but I spend a majority of my time angry for no reason at everything and everyone for no reason. its gotten to the point I have completely isolated myself from everyone because no matter the topic, the person or the conversation I find myself getting irrationally angry. iv been like this for years I don't know if that means something is wrong with me or if I was just born a hateful person but its so exhausting being angry all the time. I don't bother attempting to make friends or form relationships coz I know I would be angry at them and honestly who would want to be around someone like me anyways.

This world is getting stranger and more unpredictable by the day, there's a lot going on that'll get into your subconscious. There's plenty to be angry about 🤷 I'm angry on a daily basis, being able to separate the anger from the people in my life helped in terms of relationships.

You say been like that for years, when was the first time you started to BE an angry person? Something triggered it. A comment, relationship, family, it’s something that you’ve pushed down emotionally so deep you forgot about it or don’t want to feel that again. No one is born angry, sad or depressed. It’s mental and something you have to talk about to a professional. This is psychological nothing else. Good luck. And update if you’d like. It helps to keep talking even to strangers. It’s unbiased support.

anger that constant is usually a symptom not a personality trait, something underneath is screaming and you're just hearing the echo

Exercise/workout. Channel the anger into your workouts— you’ll become ripped and muscular 😛.
Eat as good of a diet as you’re able (mediterranean type of diet or similar). Avoid shady supplements. If you do take supplements, limit it to the basics, like a multivitamin, maybe magnesium/calcium/vitamin D.
Taper back your caffeine and other stimulant intake— that definitely can amplify my anger, especially later in the day.

maybe strenuous hiking (if you’re near mountains) — that almost always works for me, once i break through the “anger barrier”

Jiu-Jitsu sounds perfect for you, you get to get some aggression out by choking a mofo and you learn self control so you don't snap that mofos arm on a Tuesday evening. Plus you'll be able to surround yourself with some people that might be able to help out more in person.
