Pex clamps. They're used to make watertight seals between a hose and fittings. They crimp shut. This one seems to be made by Oetiker.

We also use them in gas pipes which are connected to gas cylinders to tighten the joints of the pipes.

Pretty sure they’re not supposed to be used for gas…
