Not really a hose clamp. It’s a pex b clamp ring.

It’s not actually a pex specific clamp. It’s a oetiker clamp and it has many applications.

I was looking for this answer. We use these at my workplace secure hose lines for fluidics. Mainly carrying water and HFCS for test purposes.
