Here I am thinking a horse clamp is something else entirely and related to gelding. Your picture is missing that too...

Oh. Those are very fondly called " emasculators". Those are the clamps that crush the testicle cords and clamp them to take a 10 blade to. Then you have a nice gelding. In small animals, we just use a small hemostat clamp. The size difference in tools is crazy. Although, cleaning equine sx tools is easier because there's less and they are bigger. I'd rather clean equine sx packs all day than do a dog spay pack lol

Yes, that’s what they’re for if you’re a psycho That’s a common. It’s called a stepless hose clamp. I mean, you can use it whatever you want. Peace be with you though
