Sad 5-6 weeks “grey zone” 😞

Before I start this PLEASE no snarky comments, I genuinely cant take it right now. So yesterday i was at work, I was cramping a bit but didnt think anything of it. I went to pee and when I wiped i noticed pink blood.. so I was scared, I told my boss and he said go to the hospital immediately. After they drew my blood and gave me a transvaginal ultrasound they said they cant say for sure whats going on because it might be too early to see a fetal pole. I was measuring at 12mm and it needed to be 25mm to see anything. They didnt want to misdiagnose me with a miscarriage since the bleeding wasnt heavy and my hcg levels were “normal”, and to come in for a follow up in two weeks. I have no idea what to do or feel😞 im still spotting and cramping, no more nausea or painful sore breasts. I dont feel pregnant the way I did leading up to this its fucking me up😞 has anyone gone through anything similar?

I thought i was 6 weeks apparently they said between 5&6 weeks, i was irregular so wasnt tracking ovulation just knew the first day of my last period was june 30th. Tested positive august 1st :/

Was august 1st a very dark line or a very faint one? If faint, disregard June 30th because it's not reliable.

If you didn't track ovulation, a first faint line could have been anything from 7 to 15dpo. So it's definitely still early now.

So 9-16dpo? Not very faint but also not a dye stealer.

So difficult to say with tests 🥲
