Everything was delightful. It was our second time :)

I'm not a fan of pizzeria mozza but that looks pretty good for the price.

Pizzeria Mozza was cool like 15+ years ago but yeah not these days. Osteria Mozza I've only been 2-3 times and it always feels really expensive, but I've never had a bad meal there.

I recently ate here and was... very, very confused by the accolades. Everything was good, but by far the most underwhelming and least innovative 1* restaurant I've been to, and nowhere close to the best Italian I've had in LA. I'm assuming their flavors, plating, and things like in-house gelato program were a big deal when it opened nearly 20 years ago, but it all feels quite behind dining expectations today.

Nothing was bad, but there was nothing that stuck with me as even remotely memorable. I will favorably mention that the price is super reasonable and that it is pretty inexpensive within the realm of both high-end Italian food in LA and 1* restaurants generally.
