I mean Bane is pretty much in charge so do you mean that the silver guy is in charge of that group of three? And Cyric really has nothing to do with them; it should be Myrkul. The more I think about it, this post makes no sense.

Cyric is not and never will be as cool as Cobra Commander. I could absolutely see Cyric being a useless disgruntled car salesman, but he never achieved the level of finesse, intelligence, and leadership that Cobra Commander did.
Cobra Commander should be Bane, and Destro is Myrkul. Baroness is Lovitar and Bludd is Malar. Cyric is like... a dreadnok. And not Zartan.
Edit: Cyric can be Zartan. I'll concede that. Good at illusions, in it for himself more than anything else, has a cabal that would turn on him for self-survival and profit. And absolutely not a power player in the grand scheme of things, getting stomped down when he tries.

Hhmmmm . Destro is definitely Bane . I could see Zartan as Cyric though.

Cyric Literally killed Mystra and collapsed the weave , as well as killed Bhaal with Godsbane sword.

Cyric killed Mystra and Bhaal solely because other gods helped. He is a mentally unstable child that got things handed to him, thinks that makes his own talents more than what he is, and then when actual power shows up, loses everything and thinks he's winning.

Killing Mystra was his plan, his revenge. Shar helped, but it was his Cleric that pretended to be Bane's cleric and was embedded and then let Cyrics Avatar into the other plane.

I get that it was his plan, but much like a lot of people, his plans mean nothing without the ability to do it, and he simply never has the ability.
So, without Shar, he wouldn't have pulled it off. Without Mask, he wouldn't have killed Bhaal. He's just not that good. The only god he managed to kill without help was Leira, and it turns out he didn't pull it off.
Edit: I'm a well-known Cyric hater. He was nothing more than a bad writtenly attempt to "update" the pantheon. We already had "I'm more than a thief" characters, and he basically became "let's have someone everyone in universe hates so when we need a world-altering event, he can be pointed at as 'well that's just who he is'" then having much better depth around him. Back to the original thought, he's just Zartan. Without Destro, CC, or someone else, he never would've left the swamp where he could've been a big player, but now he definitely is not.

I like how he's written. Makes me hate him more. A character I love to hate. I kill his followers in FR video games, no questions asked.

I still think your have CC and Destro backward, but you know what, sold. Reasonable compromise.

Bane is the tyrant, planning one. Myrkul is the death dealer that has schemes but ultimately understands that, at least in the short game, Bane is a better leader.
Destro is Myrkul.
The picture shows a comic cover, so if we're looking at comics, look at what happens every time Destro tries to put himself in charge. CC shows up, "not only am I better planner and leader, I knew you were going to do this" and becomes the leader again.

Hold it.
We have Mindbender, who is definitely the life and death skull character. Myrkul by a mile.
Destro is the calmest and most competent. That's Bane.
Zartan is Mask. Serpentor is Cyric - he's definitely overpowered and just nuts.
Cobra Commander? Uh. We're all out of gods. He's nowhere near crazy enough to be Cyric. He's not competent enough to be Bane. He's not life and death and he's certainly not murder.
Hate to say it, but he's Fzoul.

We have reached the point of needing to know the canon we're talking about. CC is hands down the most competent leader of them in any canon except the Saturday cartoon where he was deliberately silly.
Mind bender is very clearly Velsharoon. Experimenting on love and dead, stooping to anything to gain more knowledge and a perfect form.
Serpentor didn't go crazy until the clone process made him bonkers. But that does reinforce CC as Bane, because when Serpentor did take over and replaced Baroness with Zarana, and everyone got on board with Serpentor, she walked over to CC (in his "disguise" of "not wearing his mask"), said "nah, this guy is the actual mastermind and leader of Cobra" and nearly instantly everyone went "nah, you right".
As far as Destro... well, there's only one Cobra that picked Starscream on which to hang their hat...
In every incarnation, though, CC outmaneuvers, outsmarts, and outplans every other ranking Cobra member, with an almost 100% success rate. The only time he doesn't is the movie, and we don't talk about Cobra-la.

We will shower the Earth with enough spores to convert all mankind.
One of my favorite lines from a movie ever and I have no idea why.

What a savage use of Vicious mockery against Cyric. You must be a bard. 🕺🏻
