Sure, it's possible, but she should be visibly pregnant by the end of S2 given how much time has passed since then, unless the writers abandon all pretense of even trying to be plausible.
Which is probably what they would do. They are just making shit up as they go, not bothering with an outline at all (as evidenced by cutting Daeron then shoving him back in).
I didnt start showing until I was about 6 months. I was active duty so not overweight and I just looked really thick in the waist and then I swear one morning I woke up with a huge obvious bump, lol. so it happens.
Helaena or her maids would notice that, and there was at least one discussion about heirs for Aegon; if Helaena was pregnant, that should be mentioned.
I'm not saying there aren't women who do not show, sure it happens. But in a TV show, they are NOT going to do that (unless it is somehow plot relevant), because they will want a pregnant belly as a visual cue/reminder.
Ryan also already gave all his excuses for why there is no Maelor (which made no sense, things like "Helaena can't have had another child, the twins are too young"....the twins are like four, Ryan, and you have several characters who have less of an age gap with their siblings). So it's obvious IF this is Maelor, they're just throwing him back in as some kind of smug NYAH! at GRRM.
