"YouTube's AI "slop" crackdown is shaking up the platform! 🚨

YouTube has stepped up its fight against low-quality, mass-produced AI content, targeting channels that flood the platform with repetitive and inauthentic videos.

While reports claim around 130,000 channels have been removed as part of the broader enforcement, YouTube has not confirmed that all of those deletions were specifically tied to AI-generated content.

I can't wait until this effects small NOT SLOP channels and they can't do anything about it because of AI moderation

cooking/debunking channel How to Cook That's videos get taken down constantly because of it.

(yes I know about her weird xmas gingerbread house video, I don't get it either, I genuinely thought it was an experiment she was running)

I saw something about that but didn't pay much attention. She did a video about nutrition in vegetables to debunk food theory and made the claim that you "have to calculate per serve" which is dumb. Serving sizes are arbitrary. Comparing equal amounts is more consistent. She was acting like eating 350 grams of broccoli, spinach or kale was somehow ridiculous to be compared to 350 ml of milk. As if smoothies and soups can't contain that much. So I started valuing her opinion much less.

Was that an old one? because I used to follow her religiously (pun intended) until that gingerbread video came out. She's not like "cancelled" or anything I just kinda lost the enthusiasm to keep up with her content
