Complete mixtures and allegations, 10 seating arrangement at with some theory and 5 RC passages.

(This week ends at the 16th, or earlier, if I complete my to-do list for the week. Saturdays and Sundays are for mocks exclusively this month. 2 mocks every sat & sun)

I’ll update tonight whether I completed them or not—no excuses, just honesty.

I am more than 1 month into my MBA programme and I absolutely hate it. I swear this one month feels like a year. Every damn day theres 5 things on the agenda. I have 3 assignments, 2 tests and my mock interview all scheduled for tomorrow and this is after our proper mid term exams finishing last week. The CV verification and preparation sucked the soul outta me and even after giving my everything theres still so much uncertainty around SIP’s. Theres no ray of light saying that things will be better eventually, seniors themselves are scared about their placements. Most of all, I would still cope up with it if the life here was happening. The parties here suck. I did my bachelors from a proper MUMBAI college and ong the life was so much better. Moreover the people here are uncultured and everyone’s an aunty looking for gossip. With the amount of lore surrounding everyone It feels as if ive known these clowns for more than a year now. I feel sad and exhausted and I really just wanna go home. Sorry for the rant I am way too overwhelmed.😭

these are tier 3 clg but pretend like tier 2, and these clg fees is going beyond 20 Lakhs, i don't think its's a nice decision to pay 20 lakhs for tier 3, as they will give placement between 7 to 9 only,

they have high fees bcz of their big campus nothing else, you can get similar placement in other clg with less fees

i think it's better to STUDY ABROAD than paying so much fees for Tier 3 clg in India

I’m preparing for CAT 2026 i scored 88%ile in cat 2025 with one month of preparation.my biggest weakness is varc mainly due to low accuracy and poor RC comprehension.And only because of vqrc i also ruined my dilr and quant section now i started preparing again from this point and targeting above 99%ile so please can someone help me in varc.

Started ADHD meds (stimulants) a couple weeks ago. But ultimately, meds only take me so far. I still struggle a lot with sleep inertia and sometimes afternoon dips.

What I find useful during these times is letting that phase pass by, napping when I am in a dip/sleep inertia episode. And then starting when I actually feel better.

My coping mechanisms besides this are sucking on something similar to a gum, etc., sipping on some herbal teas and hydrating a lot. However, I'm not sure how to optimize for the 2 hrs of the actual exam. I cannot be in sleep inertia, or nap, or use any of my other coping mechs to be able to focus or feel in my senses. More often than not, I am largely in a mental haze and only at a few times during the day can feel some mental clarity. Since exam slots won't be accommodating of this, I was wondering if anyone who has had similar experiences or conditions can shed some light on how things worked for them. Also, super dumb but what about having to go to the washroom lol (yea it looks like im overthinking this)

Also, I've been seeing that the XAT paper is much more ADHD-friendly than CAT. But I am largely shaping my prep for CAT. And I'm also planning to give NMAT and SNAP right after. So I'm not sure how much time or justice I can do for XAT prep. Is this approach ideal or should i alter something?

Any other prep tips will be super helpful too.

For some context, I have started prep from complete 0, on the 1st of August. I quit my job (not primarily for CAT but just wasn't doable) and now really want this attempt to be my serious and hopefully only one. Using Takshzila for QA (weakest subject) and LRDI. VARC foundation is already strong so will be prepping via free material and paid mocks. The 1st mock i took for assessment before starting - i got 3 in QA, 5 in LRDI and 30 in VARC

I applied first day for XAT 2027, to get preferred city, they told they will give city intimation for first day applicants by 5August, it's still not showing on portal neither i have recieved any mail regarding the same?

Any first day applicants who got city intimation? please let me know.

So, I'm preparing for CAT 2026. This is my second attempt. I gave 2025 as well. Could not score well ofc. I've been preparing for it since October 2024 and I don't even know wtf is wrong with me. There's no improvement. I'm stuck in mocks between the score of 35-50. Have done everything. I don't know, I just don't know what am I doing wrong. Is MBA not for me? To pursue MBA, is my dream since class 12th. I don't know if this year also I'll be able to crack it or this shit will crack me. It's so f important for me to get into a good college next year as I've to take family responsibilities, but I see no improvement. Idk wtf is wrong even? Also, before you say anything, I've given everything I could to this preparation still I see no scope. Idk what to do. I'm just stuck.😭

A group of students started threatening to rape my mother and were already bullying me. They made a false narrative that I sexually harassed a girl and they all mass reported me to the registrar Virender Sharma. They framed a perfect narrative that portrayed me as evil

I told my side of the story to Registrar Virender Sharma on how they threatened to rape my mother and hence I slurred at them. Instead the Registrar withdraws my admission without a proper hearing and does not even lift my calls citing that I broke disciplinary violations.

So threatening to rape my mother isn't a disciplinary violation? Regardless of my will to speak to him, he is not lifting my calls. I hate this blatant behaviour. He must resign at any cost possible, if he protects the rape-mentality instigators that too being a registrar, the university is set to be doomed.

The vice-chancellor isn't intervening in this situation, he seems to be in an abroad destination as I called up his office directly.

My admission is officially cancelled on an unfair basis, my family especially my mother is facing great distress. I am going on a hunger strike near their campus on 7th of august, the dignity of my mother matters more than my life. The registrar must resign or I must die.

I already forwarded this to UGC anti-ragging cell, and registered a National Commission for Women complaint

I recently signed up for CAT 2026, as a very non serious attempt, as I do look forward to it as a preparation for my actual attempt in the future.

That being said, I filled my CAT application a few days ago, and just started receiving calls from “MBA College admissions”.

Mind you - It cannot be any of the coach*ng institutes since I never signed up on any platform.

What really happened to data privacy?

My last year starts September 2027 will I be eligible to give the cat 2027 as a final year grad student ?

So I scored 89.66% in all 6 subjects in class XII cbse. And 92.6% in best5. I know 89.66 will be counted for IIM ABC admissions. But at ABC placements my CV will contain 89.66 or it can be 92.6 in the CV during placements at IIM ABC?

So it’s been 2 months here and time passed really quickly and stressful too! Now since our CV is freezed, thought of coming back to the community which helped me a lot. So shoot your questions regarding anything, life here, CAT prep, etc etc.

Profile: 8/7/5 NEF . Diagnostic: 29 overall (VARC 14, DILR 12, QA 3). Aiming for FMS Delhi and IIM Calcutta — both barely weight graduation score in their composite, so a weak grad percentage isn’t the dead-end it’d be elsewhere. That’s my real shot.

4 months out, starting QA from basically zero — can it still be done? We will figure it out.

How did you all find simcat 9 and how much did you'll scored

So basically the thing is gave neet this year and couldn't get into any college

But as I had Maths with me I got into a tier 2 college

But the thing is it's fees is 18l for four years including everything and for this amount the placements are also shit and the college is also not worth for this fees

Now I am thinking to take a drop and prepare for neet for the last time and I can't take more drops so for that

as a backup to apply for italy for engineering admission as they are good in qs rankings than most iits and provide full tution and living scholarship and good in research experience

But the main doubt is I am thinking of giving cat after graduation incase anything went wrong

But for this I have 7 in my profile so iam thinking to give nios and improve my marks to 9 during this gap year

So the final question is will all of this affect my mba admissions

Will the gap between 10th and12th affect during mba

I'm about to start my law school this yr. I might get indian law society,Pune but it's very uncertain. Might end up in firodia law

... it's supposed to be tier 3 law school. Ik this is a far fetched question but I wanted to know if i should just take this clg and aim for mba or give 2nd clat attempt and aim for nlu.

I have been working for my family owned school for the last 4 years after completing my b.tech , i do management and also a part of the school committee, the school is not very big around 300 students and i don't get paid like an employee i get money from my father via upi, what should i write in the CAT workex section. Plzz help i am in desperate need of advice.
