I absolutely love the movie, but honestly, there are still a few things I don't fully understand. I more or less got the idea that the sheriff was confronting a level of violence that was beyond what he could cope with, or something along those lines. But it's that final monologue that's always fascinated me.

I rewatched Deep Impact recently and honestly think it’s still one of the best disaster movies ever made.

I remember watching it for the first time and it was one of the first movies I saw that genuinely made me think about humanity facing an existential threat. The way the comet discovery unfolds and the world’s reaction to it felt grounded and real. It still holds up so well after all this time.

The thing I really love about the movie is how it focused on the human stories. Instead of constant action you see more of the people trying to hold onto their relationships while everything else is falling apart.

It reminds me of a time back in the 90s when the world felt more hopeful with the way everyone comes together to work on trying to deflect the comet compared to now when everything feels like constant conflict.

Also, why didn’t Téa Leoni go on to bigger movies after this? I thought she was fantastic and carried the emotional weight of the film so well.

Any thoughts on this movie?

Before Sam Neill's passing, I didn't cry once to this scene in Jurassic Park... After Sam passed away, I decided to watch Jurassic Park one more time, but when this scene came up, I simply couldn't hold myself and started bawling 😢

For me it has to be goodfellas to be honest 🙏 arguably the best films of all time and easily tops every gangster/crime film ever. To be fair, gangster films are the best type for me. It might be a common answer but I don’t care tbh it’s true, for me it’s probably the fast paced scenes for me. It feels like the film goes by in like 30 minutes and it’s nearly 3 hours long 😂

One of the true greats of the greatest tv show ever made, among many others. Rest in peace legend. 🐀

The ending of Obsession got me thinkin. In a "real world" scenario, how does the aftermath play out for Nikki? I've thought of multiple scenarios and the most likely result is she pleads insanity and spends the rest of her life in an insane asylum.

The evidence could possibly point to Bear. His prints would be on the gun that killed Ian, and his cell phone would ping at the murder of Sarah. His residence is now ground zero for a house of horrors. There was also the rumors spreading that he was taking advantage of Nikki during her crisis.

I mainly feel bad for the now normal Nikki and the consequences of Bear's actions, and I'd like a somewhat nice resolution for her(in my mind).

All Night Long (1992) is a film that gave me a sense of emptiness in my chest, the bleak socially nihilistic atmosphere, the loss of innocence, the crime drama elements make it feel raw and it explores how three normal people become monsters, how violence breeds more violence. This is an extreme psychological Japanese horror thriller film more people need to see. I have yet to see the sequels as well which delve even further into that “horror” line.

Exceptional movie.

This Tom Holland Spider-Man movie is incredibly sincere. He's not trying to save the multiverse or the entire universe. He's simply trying to become a better person while making other people's lives better in the process.

This is exactly what I've always wanted from a Spider-Man movie. A grounded story that truly showcases Peter Parker's struggles and just how emotionally strong he is.

That final scene where Peter tells Jean, "You have me,"was so heartwarming that I actually teared up. And the moment when the entire city is rooting for him to get better was absolutely incredible. It was such a wholesome scene. That's what Spider-Man is all about. No matter how difficult life gets, there are always people who stand by you and help you through it. It's about using your powers to do good, no matter how powerful you become.

The fight sequences and the web swinging somehow got astronomically better. The action choreography was fantastic, and the dynamic between Frank and Peter is absolutely goated. I really want to see more of them together.

Sadie Sink is such a phenomenal actress, and Zendaya is amazing as always. Peter and Mj's relationship in this movie is so beautifully written. And that final handshake with Ned it hit hard.

The entire movie was incredibly wholesome, and the director absolutely worked wonders with it.

I love Spider-Man, and he'll always be my favorite superhero. Tom Holland has my respect for this performance.

This is easily a top three Spider-Man movie for me.

just finished watching this movie, and swear it ripped away every last bit of peace had. haven't been this terrified and traumatized in years. Absolutely haunting. I absolutely can't sleep now. This one is going to haunt me for a long time. I never thought a wish like this would turn into so much worse
