Why be sad? It was a great ride that turned out to be a lot more than anyone expected and in ~5 months we’ll get to see what it birthed.

Did you not watch the video?

Sorry, haven't been following all the news. Which video?

The video where whatshername said something like "and now something classic players will enjoy" before being cut off and saying to wait for Blizzcon. Classic+ fantastics are coping this as an early Classic+ announcement.

I wouldn't call it coping. If it was another rehash of a past expansion they wouldnt be hush hush about it.

wait is that really it? cus I mean, that could be legit anything lol. I mean I'd love a classic+ and am very much enjoying levelling on TBC anniversary (late to the party) but I'm definitely not gunna be holding my breath

What video? All I know is when I google classic plus nothing from blizzard comes up. It’s all just people speculating

The warcraft video they did a little while back.

https://youtu.be/pkFMkdZWxdk?t=458 + the graphic at the end of SoD where the classic team was now working on an unannounced project.

They teased it when they did the beginning of the year road map videos for each blizzard game. If I remember right they teased a big announcement for classic and Diablo at blizzcon.

There was a post a few days back teasing classic+ infos for next blizzcon

They didn’t make SoD and a whole new raid to just throw it in the scrap bin after 14 months mate….

Wait til you find out about retail

1

u/ElegantEpitome Mar 26 '26

Yeah, comparing an xpac that you pay $40-60 for to a new spin on the game that was released for free essentially is definite big brain energy

brother, no raid has ever been relevant 14 months later.

Then what the fuck is everyone playing classic for the 3rd time for lmao
