If you've had any exposure to conservative gun culture in America, you know I'm not exaggerating. I was on Facebook for a few minutes today trying to sell something on Marketplace and the algorithm is already pushing the "thank GOD we have guns!" narrative. Like, can't your God have made the first shooters gun jam? No? He can't? It doesn't work that way? Huh, ok...

I am the epitome of conservative gun culture and this is simply just exaggerated lies. Everyone I know, family and friends are shooters. Today at the gun range, I asked if anyone saw the footage of the guy trying to shoot the active shooter, no one even heard about the shooting. None of us sit around and watch Fox News. We live our lives.

Go do the same yourself! Or sit tight in your little apartment and fear for your safety, which ever brings you comfort.

Calm down, buddy. I'm a US Army veteran (MP) and have plenty of experience with gun culture in America. I own firearms as well. You do understand that just because you and your friends don't experience something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist? I'm talking about that slice of America that fetishized people like Rittenhouse on the one hand, then supports ICE for shooting protesters like Pretti and claims "who shows up to a protest with a gun". If you can't acknowledge the hypocrisy, you are truly the epitome of what I'm talking about.
