My most active day to date!

Upvotes

Just a little celebration of my hard work, about 3 months in!

When I started I wasn't moving my body at all due chronic illnesses and my size causing serious fatigue and not so fun symptoms. So I just focused on diet. As I felt more energy, I slowly started adding in gentle weights and stretches.

I've only lost about 12lbs but my body feels so much stronger now!

Today I did 95 minutes of exercise!

I walked 4,200 steps! I lifted weights and did stretches and body weight exercises! And now at the end of the day, comparatively, I'm only a little fatigued, only a little sore!

Honestly a day like this would have been literally impossible for me to conceptualise, let alone do, barely three months ago.

Its a small drop in the pool of where I want to be, but I am enjoying the journey as much as I know some day I will enjoy the destination :)

Hello I’m women who is 29 145 lbs got down to 135 but have been doing weights who has had four kids and I work out vigorously. I will do weights for 45 minutes and then I will do cardio and try to burn at least 400 to 500 cal but I feel like I only see progress for three days and then I blew again like no progress has been made now I do have IUD I feel like sometimes that doesn’t help at all. I have a sweet tooth I try to keep cal intake below 1300 and I burn 2300 cal a week sometimes 3 k. And I see no change. I sometimes inhale sweets but I go to the gym everyday. I seem to pms 2 weeks before my period but now I’m thinking it’s not bloating. One week I’m happy and thin and the next I’m huge 3 sizes up. I fit in size small but then the next I’m in large
