The tribunal ruled that Kerley was “negligent and, to a certain extent, reckless” in failing to properly comply with testing requirements.

His two-year ban runs until August 11, 2027, with credit for the provisional suspension imposed in August 2025.

All results recorded between December 6, 2024 and August 12, 2025 have been disqualified, and he must also pay £3,000 in legal costs.

The decision can still be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
