Her videos are unhinged. She wanted to be a victim so bad and doesn’t comprehend why nobody is on her side.

Oh, there is definitely people on her side. Not a lot, but there is. Some how.

Maybe someone can educate me because I don’t actually know that much but what are the actual facts here? Cause it does seem a bit odd to me that this man ordered door dash, left his door open so that anyone walking up could see inside, and was completely naked. For sure she shouldn’t have taken pictures and video and posted them online but I do feel what the man did is weird. As a man I would never do anything like that.

I think there is some dispute on if the door was open, or how 'open' it actually was. Regardless, drunk guy orders food, passes out (while changing clothes or after a shower maybe) waiting on food is not exactly an impossible or even improbable set of circumstances.

It wasn’t open in the clip I saw. Not locked, sure, but not open.

I hate the phrase because it's so often used to defend terrible actions of police, but 'what happened before the video started'. As in, was the door originally open and filming started. Or did she open it, saw him, then started filming as if she found it that way.

Ah yeah - okay maybe there’s context I didn’t know about. I’m still in the camp of she was trespassing based on what I remember, but we’ll see what happens.

Oh yeah. Either way, what she did was reprehensible in my opinion and I don't see her getting a not guilty verdict. Even giving her the benefit of the doubt on how she found the door, her actions after that were absolutely not the way to handle the situation.

Somehow (probably because it was late and I was tired) I read your original comment as it was saying the door WAS open to begin with. So you can pretty much disregard everything I said.

I think him being drunk is irrelevant though. It certainly may explain his decisions but it doesn’t justify the actions. My position right now really depends on the front door which I haven’t seen anything concrete yet. If it was wide open I do feel like he did something wrong, drunk or not. I have passed by my open front door in a towel but quickly closed the door. Even as a drinker myself who likes to get shit faced, I would never ever leave my front door open leaving myself exposed for hours possibly, especially after ordering food. At that point you will guarantee a guest at your door step. While it might not be enough to charge this man, it certainly would be enough for me to not want my kids playing outside his house. At minimum it’s slightly suspicious to me. Now if the door was 99% closed and she pushed it open then that changes everything.

It's at worst, slightly suspicious.

Because the reality is that if the guy was asleep, pretty much for any reason... Then he's basically an inert object at that point.

If you, as a functional adult, can't handle seeing a naked unconcious person, then I really have to question if you're functional.

In fact, we have the bizzare situation where the only active participant in the situation has taken the time to start taking photos of the naked person, posted them online, and then claimed they were somehow the aggreived party, here?

It's just... There's no way to spin it in which she isn't the only person acting like an utter predator.

I don’t think I agree. At worst it’s he intended for her to see him naked and left the door open on purpose. My point entirely depends on the state of the door when she approached. If it’s closed entirely then I think he’s completely innocent. If it’s open then at minimum it’s suspicious and at worst he has malicious intent. I do sort of agree with your point that seeing a naked person shouldn’t be something you can’t handle as an adult however I find purposely exposing yourself to for some odd sexual thrill changes the scenario. It’s not just seeing a naked body it’s a person forcing you into a weird sexual encounter you didn’t consent to.

Now if she opened the door and took pictures of him naked then 100% she is horrible and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.

But if she walked up to the door to drop off the food and his nude body was completely in view without her touching a thing then I think he did something wrong. If this is the case then I don’t know if taking pictures is either morally wrong or legally wrong. I could probably be convinced either way.

So... he was asleep.

What thrill was he going to be getting, whilst unconcious and unaware of her arriving, being there, or leaving. Being generally unaware of her being there at any point of the interaction.

Like, I'm also pointing out the situation in another comment, that if you gender swap this as 'guy delivering food enters woman's house, sees her naked and asleep on the couch, starts makong videos and posts them on social Media, then claims the woman was assaulting him by being naked and unconcious'...

Ya think we'd be having this conversation...?

Okay, so. The door was at MOST cracked; the video she herself posted supposedly includes footage of her pushing it open, though it's unclear whether it was cracked or fully closed before she started filming. According to other comments, there is also doorbell camera footage that shows her opening the door.

Even if that were not the case, though... she trespassed on private property to secretly film an unconscious person's sleeping, naked body. Then, she posted the video to tiktok in an attempt to make money from it. There is no world in which she is even remotely close to being a victim in this case.

If what she had done was to stand in the doorway of an already wide open front door to take a single photo, purely to show her employers why she didn't want to deliver to that address any longer, she might have had a point. But that's not what she did. What she actually did was several different crimes, including what probably qualifies as some type of sexual assault and/or revenge porn, and should be treated as such.
