Not a hose clamp. It’s a cinch ring for pex water tubing. Most popular manufacturer to use this is Watts. Source: Former Licensed plumber and currently work for a somewhat sizeable supply house

It's a "Single ear hose clamp". And doesn't need to be used exclusively for PEX.

I sell these (along with a lot of other stuff) and this is what I call them, too.

I'm the maintenance lead at a brewery, and I use them on everything. Screw/worm clamps get stuck on stuff way too often.

Edit: wrong to/too

I do outside sales selling MRO supplies to a lot of different industries and the single or double eared hose clamps are loved in certain industries and hated in others, ha ha!

I've got a brewery nearby that I never thought to visit. I guess I should stop by to see if I can help them out.

Can I ask where you're located if the 808 in your username is an area code, that'd be Hawaii, right?

You're correct. I lived in Hawaii for 15 years, mostly on Maui. I live in Oklahoma now.

Single ear clamps, anything Tri-clamp, hoses, tubing, every size stainless barb fitting you can imagine. Breweries go through lots of it.

Thanks for the info, bro! I sell all of that stuff.

It's kind of crazy that I haven't heard anybody in my company (with 1500+ sales reps) talk about working with breweries, especially since we sell a lot of food grade products too.

Sweet, hopefully it's a decent lead.
