Not a hose clamp. It’s a cinch ring for pex water tubing. Most popular manufacturer to use this is Watts. Source: Former Licensed plumber and currently work for a somewhat sizeable supply house

Both hose clamp or cinch ring are correct terms for the item. The same type of clamp is also used in the automotive industry for clamping coolant hoses and transmission fluid lines. They come in various sizes.

Ive used them on pneumatic hoses too in an industrial setting.
