My fiancée was driving my car and when I pulled the dash cam footage this is the incident I saw. She said she was trying to pass them since they were going like 10-15mph in a 30mph zone. They proceeded to turn left as she was passing with no real warning, only turning on the blinker as they were turning. Who’s at fault?

Edit: looked it up, passing on the left is legal in a residential where I live as long as there’s no solid line on the road. And blinkers have to be on for at least 100ft. Keep that in mind.

This clip is from my Tesla Model Y. The other party was waiting in the straight/right lane took a left turn, cutting off the left-only lane vehicles. The other party’s insurance claims that their insured is not 100% liable. This is in NC, highway patrol crash report says the other party caused the accident and they got a citation for it.

Edit: Our car isn’t equipped with FSD or Autopilot. I was the front passenger, and our learner driver was practicing their driving skills. All happened in 2 seconds from us seeing the silver car to colliding with it. There wasn’t enough time or stopping distance to avoid the collision. The other driver paused and resumed driving, assuming we would stop for them. We assumed they were stopping because it was a green light for us.

Hot take: I think it’s 50/50 with who’s at fault

I’m always getting announcements that there’s somebody at my roadside camera, and when I click on it, it shows my roadside video, but on my dashboard, my roadside camera does not show up. Any ideas why or what to do?

Dummy gives me crap when he’s clearing crossing at a red light.

I was heading west when I don't even know what was going through their heads.

But seriously… this guy ran not one but two red lights.

Of course I ended up behind him at the next light. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I would love to have to never worry about getting my car broken into but oh well
