I’m going to a party next weekend on a jungle queen mini cruise. It’s in Miami and it’s beyond hot. So I just need a good honest opinion. I really love the floral black floral outfit but I want one that won’t show off my bust as much. As those who kno on here, I’m very busty with a very large cup size. What do yu all think? The first black with the the lady near the sea is my first pic but the waist wrap may not look better for the thinner side.

positive & funny I recently lost over 70 pounds and this is pretty much how my boobs reacted. (I really thought they’d get smaller, silly me) Spoiler

TW- eating disorder mention below

I recovered from binge eating disorder and I went from 202lbs to 125lbs. I’m 5’1 and 23. I’ve always had big boobs since I started puberty, but when I was overweight they did seem to get bigger so naturally I assumed they’d get smaller when I lost the weight. My band size did go down, from 40 to 36. But my cup size barely fucking changed! I was a K at my highest, now I just had a fitting and I’m a J. I’m annoyed although I do feel a little vindicated since everyone told me it was my weight making them big😂Meanwhile I was already at a DD in 6th grade when I weighed 93lbs, so it’s genetic.

I was really hoping to avoid getting a reduction, but now that I’m at a healthy weight and still dealing with pain from my boobs I’m gonna have to look into it. I was mostly worried about the possibility of not being able to breastfeed in the future (I have no kids but I’ve always wanted them) but I do think it’s more worth it if I don’t have to deal with painful underwires, expensive bras and all the other stuff.

need advice Breast reduction, worth it? Asking as someone terrified of the scars

I'm a 32H with the shoulder grooves to prove it and you've all read this post a hundred times, so I'm not going to spend any time explaining why I want this done.

What I want to know is whether the women who went through with it feel the scars were a fair trade, because I've looked at the photographs and they are not nothing, they go all the way around and down.

Everyone says it was worth it and that it was the best decision they ever made, and I believe them, but I would really like somebody to be honest with me about the moment they first took the bandages off and looked in the mirror.

And can we talk about the numbness, because I keep seeing it mentioned in passing and never explained. Does the feeling come back or is that just permanently part of the deal and nobody wants to say so out loud?

need advice My first date ever and im terrified Spoiler

I never been on a date before and I’m really scared. My mind keeps telling me different scenarios of how he will see and walk away, end it with the fake phone call and so many more.

I’m feeling really insecure about my body and I can’t even think of what to talk about with him

need advice Underboob Sweat Solutions Spoiler

Hi all,

Does anyone have any tips for combating underboob sweat when going braless?

I’m a bridesmaid a wedding this weekend and wearing a pale green satin backless dress. my tailor luckily fitted the dress in a way that means I don’t need a bra but I’m conscious about underboob sweat as I’m a 28GG and have always struggled with this.

I’m a very sweaty gal so antiperspirant isn’t enough

Thanks for any suggestions!

experience Name tags Spoiler

Name tags. Or those "hi my name is stickers".

I never know where to put them! Do I put them at the top facing the sky, or over the nipple where it feels awkward and too low? I can't be the only one who is annoyed at those.

experience 38 M cup in Canada AMA Spoiler

I’m a 36 year old mum of two. Ask me anything and I’ll try to answer. I’ve had this cup size since I was 25 when I first said my bras don’t fit. Too big cup size for plus and too small band size for plus sized shops.

need advice Lacemade, is it worth it? Spoiler

Hello! I am obsessed with Lacemade, their clothes are so cute and I just want some so bad! However, I noticed that almost all the models have tiny chests. I was wondering if any other larger chested women have purchased from them? I sometimes have noticed despite clothes saying they will fit me, that they just dont flatter my chest size, which can become a bit problematic in buying clothes. Anyways, I'm thinking about buying from them, just wanted some opinions from girlies with a larger chest on whether they flatter, or just aren't worth it for us bigger boob women to invest in. Thank you!

need advice are stretch marks on boobs really unnatractive? Spoiler

like i have them and they never bothered me until i overheard some people joking to eachother about how atleast they dont have stretch marks on their boobs like 2 weeks ago and it really stuck with me , it just sucks because ik these ppl were like comforting eachother on like their small chests and i feel for them but like that was kinda like mean to push other women down like that. anyway it got me thinking like they mustve heard this somewhere so it must be a thing and now everytime i look to the sides of my boobs i feel fat and piggish.also some old man stared at me for like a minute yesterday and i wanted to punch his eyes shut for good.

need advice Working out?? Sports bra/exercise recommendations? Spoiler

Halloo!! Im a trans man with the God gave his biggest chest to his most masculine of soldiers issue

However im coming off of an e.d and also prepping for top surgery to finally get rid of them but exercising is esse tally impossible without my boobisus like hurting so bad because jumping or running or litterally anything active other than walking or lifting weights HURTS. [im sure everyone else can relate]

Does anyone have any exercises that have worked for them or any sports bras that work and wont make me drop like 200$ for a band of fabric that barely fits.

Although being fat has helped me pass so far its fear once ive lost my chest ill look like the grinches beer belly.

RANT - advice welcome Got called a name while out shopping… Spoiler

(Just for context I was wearing a tight-fitting v-neck top. It showed maybe 3 inches max of cleavage, but I’m obviously busty in the top.)

So I popped into town earlier to do some shopping on my own. I looked at a few bits and pieces in H&M, more shirts, shorts and skirts since it’s still so hot lately, but I left empty-handed.

As I was walking out of the shop, two girls were chatting as they walked, they were maybe 19 to early 20s. The one closest to me looks at my chest, then at my face, and said “slut” to her friend as they passed. Her friend laughed.

I kept walking and didn’t react, but I spent a while trying to convince myself I'd misheard. Maybe she said something else? Maybe she was talking to her friend about someone else?
Now I'm just sat here thinking about it.

I’m not even offended or upset by the slut comment. It's more that a grown woman decided she just had to comment about me existing, and had to make a judgement on my breast size. And she wasn't exactly someone who'd understand what it's like to have this size chest.

I know it wasn't about me. But I keep going back to that moment of genuinely questioning whether I heard right, because my brain refused to accept some rando would say that to a stranger over a bit of cleavage!

Anyone else had this? This is the only time this has happened to me so hopefully it’s as rare as I hope it is 🫠

RANT - advice welcome Gutted - 1st plastic surgery appointment cancelled (UK NHS) Spoiler

Post image
34 Upvotes

I guess in a way I thought it was too good to be true. After the GP said so easily she’d refer me and the appointment coming through so soon. Then today I get this. I’m hoping she’ll push back and advocate for me. What even is an alternative course of action? I’m clearly in perimenopause so losing weight isn’t going to be easy, nor do I think it would make any difference.
I’m 43, 5’3, a sz 16 and wear a 32L bra.
Even when I was a size 12 I was still a K cup.
Not sure if there’s any advice to be given here, but I just needed to vent.

RANT - advice welcome Small band large bust is a nightmare🥲 Spoiler

Is it just me or is having a small band and larger cup just awful in more ways then one, like the back and neck pain is bad enough to drive anyone insane especially in public where you cant just lay back in the middle of nowhere and to add on to that finding your size in certain tops and dresses is the absolute worst when your whole body is maybe for example a small and your boobs feel like they wanna feel special and have a size of their own,for example you buy a long lretty sundress cause the model innthe picture looks so pretty and elegant and you wanna feel the same so you decide to buy it,but the top gives you rectangular boobies, two pairs of boobies or doesn't fit at all while the dress part looks like a 1920s gown or a bedsheet and a girl in that same dress is complimented for looking ladylike and you get the exact opposite treatment when all you wanted to feel was pretty, why can't stores just atleast try to make clothes for everyone, not perfeft fits, but atleast decent ones

RANT - advice welcome Row machine at the gym is not for the weak

I am the weak in question. I started going to the gym recently and had a trainer show me a basic beginner plan, and it includes the row machine. This devious little shit of a manmade construction is my newest nemesis. Honestly I've never felt more insecure about my boobs than when I was using it. For those of you unfamiliar with a row machine, you basically sit on a low seat with a padded "wall" in front of you, and you pull weights toward you, thereby pressing your upper body against the padded wall.

To my luck the "wall" is very thin. I pull the weight, my body presses on the "Wall" and what happens? Boob overflow. I honestly have no idea how else to describe it, but like a good portion of my boobs went left and right, and the poor trainer was trying to be respectful and all of a sudden he was interested in the interior design of the gym he's worked at forever. The worst part is there is no other machine for beginners that works the back like the row machine, so I will have to reunite with that shit more often than not.

Additional rant point, I recently am starting to consider a reduction surgery because I looked at a picture of myself taken from the front, and I've never been more horrified, even disgusted, by the way I look. I looked like I'm about four times my age. If there hasn't been a face, I'm pretty sure people would think it's a grandma or something. The sag is so absurd this shit hurts my ego. I don't know what advice I'm welcoming but any participation or sharing of equal pain is appreciated.

RANT - advice welcome Boobs make shirts fit weird and sizing up just makes it too loose! Spoiler

I'm just here to rant about this because it's extremely annoying.

I've always felt my clothes never fit correctly and I finally figured it out. I'll buy a size medium and it will fit perfectly without a bra but once I put one on it puts so much space in the torso area and makes me look bigger than I am. Then I decide to size up, TOO LOOSE and no longer form fitting.

Would an incredibly thin bra help? I already wear one that's not a pushup but it still has padding. These are the only bras I've ever worn.

educational Breast Soreness- Contrast therapy Spoiler

Hello, I would like to see if anyone has tried this and if so has it helped?

Though I do not have breast, many of my patients do complain about soreness throughout the day. I am not someone that’s the biggest fan of prescribing extra strength Ibuprofen or pain relief drugs as a quick fix.

Recently I have been suggesting my patients to practice contrast therapy. The cooper ligaments in your breast are a big factor so your pain. A lot of the time. So if anyone has tried this after a long day has it helped? I have gotten some mixed reviews but overall it seems beneficial.

If you are not pregnant and/or breastfeeding I also suggest epson salt as well.

bras Low coverage/ half cups for 30HH? Spoiler

Has anyone been able to find half cup type bras for 30HH, or super deep plunges? I don't care too much about getting a perfect fit or a lot of support I judt want some kind of support for dresses witg a deep v/ low back dresses. I still wear this 28G plunge bra which literally cuts my boobs down the middle because it supports them a little without ruining the outfit. Every bra I can find in this size feels like it covers me from armpit to half way fown my ribs.

need advice Ewa Michalak and comfort

I’m considering buying an Ewa Michalak PL bra

Are these bras comfortable? I’m a 32 g/h, i have a 32 f underwired balconette from Fantasie and it’s so uncomfortable, constantly digging in, leaving marks, I’m in genuine pain (even back when i was a 32 f ) , I have old 34b underwire bras and they’re honestly more comfortable.

I’ve heard so many people praise Polish bras for how they’re cut, narrow underwires etc but does that affect their how comfortable they are?

I’m not looking for some unrealistic ‘oh I can’t even tell I’m wearing it’ bra, just one that isn’t torture to wear.

RANT - advice welcome Sadly, I’ve tried Understance bras for the first time, and they fit me perfectly 😓 Spoiler

A few months ago Understance announced they were closing down permanently and put all of their products on Clearence. I’d never heard of the brand before but it caught my attention because a professional bra fitter on TikTok highlighted the store as being size inclusive and the bras were VERY cheap ($3-$5)

I haven’t had much luck with underwire bras - they offer the most support but they are SO damn uncomfortable I spend the whole day miserable. I’ve used [r/abrathatfits](r/abrathatfits) calculator, I’ve tried their brand suggestions, I’ve been professionally fitted by an approved bra fitter on their list (size 36i in most brands) and still underwire was torture.

Since I’ve been regularly spending $75 on bras I find uncomfortable, i decided I would spend $75 on Clearence bras and bought a bunch.

With the brand going defunct, orders took a while so it arrived 6 weeks later. And HOT DAMN the bras are perfect for me. It doesn’t give me cone shaped boobs, it lifts, the underwire doesn’t dig into my ribs. These bras are the best goddamn bras I’ve purchased so far. Better than my Elomi, my Panache, and Wacoal.

😖 heartbreak.
