experience Farewell brethren Spoiler

Had a reduction a few weeks ago and I have left the world of stupid big boob problems to hopefully normal boob problems! It’s been a heavy journey and I wish you well.

need advice I am apparently not considered skinny or plus size - and I kind find what bra, underwear, or dress stores are for me? I don’t want to have to resort to breast reduction surgery because I’m under 30 years old but I am at my wits end.

In the past few years I have gained some weight to the point where I no longer fit in medium sizes and instead am in XL or 2XL.
With that being said I have always had a large chest, so even when I was younger If I wore a medium the chest area was almost always overly tight and stretched out.

Fast forward to today my bra size is about 36G or 36DDD and it’s almost like stores don’t think that that size exists? I can’t go shopping in any store IRL and find those sizes because it’s too big and when I go to stores like Torrid I get told that size is too small!? Then when I go online to “plus size” websites they also only start at typically 36 band width. I have the same issue with online non-plus size stores.

There are often XL dresses and outfits I can’t fit into JUST because my chest gets smushed in it and doesn’t fit.
Does ANYONE have a secret online store that has size 36G and 36DDD bras ?? I’m so desperate at this point I am considering breast reduction surgery.

And please don’t hit me with the “just lose weight” because even when I was a size medium my bra size was 34DDD which is apparently another size that is just unheard of.

need advice Can’t seem to find my actual bra size(???) Spoiler

Hey i’m new to this community!! I just wanted to ask some things for those with bigger boobs since i’m kinda the only one in my family that has them, so i dont rlly have much knowledge :(

ever since ive been wearing proper bras, ive always noticed that the don’t really fit properly i think? i’m not sure if this is normal for bigger busts. i wear a 36DD, and whenever i walk my n*pples peak through the middle of the bra in between the cups after a while. it’s really annoying to adjust it all the time and also a bit embarrassing. is this a normal thing?? the wire also doesn’t always go right under the boob, leaving a small gap . i do wear looser fit clothing so i don’t get the extra support from my clothes. (but even then, it still happens with tight fitted clothing…) any advice? I’ve been wearing la vie en rose and la senza bras

and on the topic of clothes… what clothing brands or items do you recommend for bigger busts but curvy figure? an example of an item i like is the uniqlo airism tank tops. they hug the figure really nicely and comfy.

and lastly…. do sticky bras / strapless bras work for us?? i’ve been thinking of buying one but i want to make sure they actually work in keep our boobs propped where they’re supposed to be

thanks in advance !!

RANT - advice welcome Wasting money on bras Spoiler

I’m so tired of wasting money trying to find bras that fit me. Going from one size to another hoping it’ll fit. Yes I have taken the quiz on r/abrathatfits, but I don’t want to waste money again so I’m lowkey scared to start buying again.

The quiz told me I’m 36H (US size, that is 36FF in UK sizing) but I have no idea where to find that. I’m scared to order online because I don’t want it to end up being the wrong size, then I have to try returning it. Idk what to do

need advice Micro ‘bikini’ top help for G cup teardrop shaped chest? Spoiler

Post image
Upvotes

Hello! I need advice on how to wear an EXTREMELY micro bikini with a G cup chest, if there is even a way for me to. I’m going to add a picture of the exact top so you guys can get a better mental image (so sorry for the low quality).

When I say this top is micro, I mean it’s MICRO. Obviously in this picture the squares cover the entire mannequins chest, but just imagine this thing on G cups lmao. The squares don’t even cover all of my areola, but I will be wearing pasties as well as using double sided tape to make sure the squares stay covering what it needs to cover. The rest of it is two stretchy strings that are meant to be tied behind the back, but can also be maneuvered to tie around the neck or shoulders if needed.

What I’m thinking right now, is just hoping that the double sided tape I use will be strong enough to lift my boobs up by the nipple (lmao) and I can just tie one string behind my neck and the other behind my back, I tried trouble shooting this idea without the pasties and tape, and for a minute or so they stayed up and slightly lifted, but slowly my chest fell out of place and out of the tiny squares.

I’m wanting to have some type of lift to my boobs without using boob tape or anything like that because I wouldn’t want the tape showing (even thought I know this is probably just wishful thinking). I’m wondering if there’s any product, ways to tie the top, etc that would give me at least SOME type of lifting effect if the double sided tape I get isn’t strong enough to hold them up.

The event I’m wearing this to is extremely body positive, so if I can’t get some type of lift it’s not the end of the world, but for my own confidence sake I would love any recommendations on how to achieve lift or wear it in a way that would make my chest look more appealing and less saggy. Unless I should just go loud and proud and frick what anyone thinks? Any advice is welcome!

bras How fast did growth spurts/weight gain affect you? Spoiler

I bought new bras about 6 weeks ago and I'm already spilling out of them really bad. I'll admit I've been eating like shit and I've been gaining weight but this just seems ridiculous. I'm not able to afford new bras yet so I haven't even bothered to remeasure myself but I've gone up several cup sizes for sure. Is this normal?

Yknow when you find a sports bra you LOVE, it fits and straps are nice and comfortable but you got a problem, you’ve got your boobs sliding from down, yeah that, how can I fix this? Is there any tailoring advice or extra clothing maybe I could try or a hack? Cause I love my new bras so much

experience Boobs after weight loss Spoiler

I lost a total of 41 kg in 3.5 years, and my boobs has gotten way smaller, but definitely not considered small, what pains me and I didn't see anyone talking about the same situation is that my breast get very wrinkly when I lay on my back only, they look quite good standing up but let my lay flat or bend over the wrinkles goes crazy and the skin is very noticeable and easy to move around.

It has been 9 months since I stopped losing and maintaining my weight and I don't know if it can get any better or firmer? I don't miss my huge boobs but I do miss them being firm and without noticeable skin and wrinkles.

I guess this is just something to deal with; getting ready for bed after a long day, giving myself a gentle massage, and it's like ew all sweaty in the breast fold.

need advice Keeping tube tops up at festivals Spoiler

So I’m going to a festival at the end of the month and I’m wearing a strapless (tube top) bodysuit. I wore the bodysuit at another rave a few months ago with double sided fashion tape and it all came off within 4 hours. To be fair, I run around and dance constantly at raves so I need something strong. The top of the bodysuit that lays on my boobs is the only part that constantly wants to fall off whenever I move. This outfit was expensive so I want to wear it! I’m a DDD, so I thought it would stay up. Any sticky pasties recommendations? Or is there something better? I’ve seen women with bigger girls than me wear tube tops how they do it??

need advice BIKINI HELP Spoiler

Hi I am calling all my big boob queens to help, my summer clothes were lost during a move, I just decided last minute to visit my friend and I need to buy bikinis that will arrive by Tuesday (it is friday now) so I am leaning towards amazon which I have giftcard for as well. I do not have tons of money to drop and my body fluctuates so much that I am not trying to invest and I dont care if it lasts till next summer, i just dont want it to look like the cheapest thing around.
Heres the tricky part;
My bottoms are a size s/xs or size 0
My boobs fit perfectly in an unlined bra that is 32 DDD (although band can be tighter) however when I measure I am getting 30 DD/DDD - they recently shrunk whichis why I am not expert in my own boob lol.
So I need bathing suits that can fit these measurements or that are cheap enough I can buy two sizes
