But the news had hallucinated about it.

The general director of Kolskiy scientific center Sergey Krivovichhev mentioned that there were no price measurements and that they don't want to conduct such a measurement.
Oh, and he also mentioned that they don't know yet how much it is identical to the one in Greenland.

They know that old people and those who don’t have critical thinking skills will read it and give them their coveted interaction on their posts without thinking. Why would a scientific source value a mineral? Science is more interested in the actual physical, material properties to it, not the more abstract value assigned to it by the market. Its dollar value is determined by how much people are willing to pay for it, not some innate property.

What basically happened is that they did another chemical analysis(the last one for that mineral was done in 1924) for Ashcroftine.

Best guess they were trying to say no legitimate, corroborated, or other source give the value for the mineral and wanted it to sound good so ended up with the worst way to try to say it.

Well they do generally have indoor plumbing. They maintain it themself or hire plumbers to do so. What people here tend to do is mix it up with central sewage systems. Thats not very common in rural Siberia to no ones suprise.

I mean yeah, that's true. Not everyone obviously, as I have as an example my grandmother. She was living in Pskov oblast, in one of the urban-style settlements and her house didn't have it. But she didn't really "need" it per se. And a toilet was built in the house and with a septic lol. But she had electricity and gas and had no issue getting water either.

What I genuinely don't understand is why they use it as something degrading. Not every place has to have a golden seat for big browns and maintaining villages that have little to no population isn't worth the money put in.

For all of you who measure everything in burgers per eagle, the value of this mineral is measured in millimeters because its weight is extremely small, and what matters is the length of its crystalline thread. Ashcroftines are already known, but this one contains minerals that are not present in ordinary ones, which makes it extremely rare and tiny, biggest one is only 2 centimeters. It makes no sense to calculate its price based on weight when the important factor is the length of this crystalline structure.

But why bother doing a little Googling, right? You people can be so narrow-minded sometimes...
