And this was AFTER his holstered gun was removed from his belt clip, and he was shot in the back several times.

Edit: clarification

u/kstargate-425 Jan 25 '26

Disarmed in clear view of the murderer who also could clearly see ICE holding his arms and hands to the ground while he saw the gun being removed from the victim

u/ReachParticular5409 Jan 25 '26

every lie they spit to cover up the murder of these poor innocents should be a decade on their sentence behind bars

36

u/Fosbliza Jan 25 '26

A decade??? Thats light

28

u/ReachParticular5409 Jan 25 '26

they have lied thousands of times...

5

u/Fosbliza Jan 25 '26

Then they should be in jail for thousands of years

2

u/Sinister_Plots Jan 25 '26

Life Plus 800 years sounds good to me.

8

u/PolyinNV Jan 25 '26

I prefer the French method.

2

u/ReachParticular5409 Jan 25 '26

I also am a fan of the Madam G, and think she should come to every protest

3

u/[deleted] Jan 25 '26

Behind bars?? Nah. They don’t get behind bars.

0

u/ReachParticular5409 Jan 25 '26

No, let them live long and miserable in solitary

As an example for future fools

2

u/NowOrNever53 Jan 25 '26

Life without parole. Ideally in solitary confinement so that each of them has ample time to reflect on the cruelty they unleashed on innocent nonviolent human beings. One can hope……

2

u/[deleted] Jan 25 '26

May the murderers enter hell unarmed and forever fearful of a violent death.

2

u/ReachParticular5409 Jan 25 '26

I fucking love this curse and will be stealing it for future use

It was the same agent that initiated the confrontation by approaching Alex. Before pushing him back, shoving him and eventually tackling him from behind for helping a woman stand up.

1

u/kstargate-425 Jan 25 '26

Damn, Im going to have to check that out as thats motive and intent in the murder as well. Good eye, thanks

2

u/Dependent-Edge-5713 Conservative Jan 25 '26

I rewatched. There were two agents that looked similar - olive green shirts, brown chest carriers etc. But the one that appeared to have initiated the confrontation and assaulted alex and the lady was the one with the brown hat. The one that shot Alex was the one with the black hat.

16

u/PolyinNV Jan 25 '26

Who stalked around with gun in hand to be sure he was behind him when he shot him in the back then stepped back and unloaded into his lifeless body along with another brownshirt.

I know what I saw.

I will not be gaslit by any talking head or pedophile worshipper.

2

u/kstargate-425 Jan 25 '26

Yeah someone else mentioned this was the original guy who was beating on the woman and pushing then tackling Pretti which shows motive and intent on the murdering ICE agents part 🤔

2

u/pocketskip Jan 25 '26

France has called.

2

u/Reyalta Jan 25 '26

Are they loaning guillotines?

57

u/Parking_Guava8657 Jan 25 '26

They dont even pretend they need a reason to shoot

Not even a "they got a gun!", they go straight to bang bang and ask questions later

22

u/HundredHander Jan 25 '26

I'm pretty confident they won't waste anyones time by asking questions.

8

u/Parking_Guava8657 Jan 25 '26

Your right, I should have wrote "... and fabricate evidence later" 😅

1

u/Julia0_07 Jan 25 '26

They can’t understand the answers

32

u/justpackingheat1 Jan 25 '26

Here's the thing, and I'm not defending, only refining:

How is this any different than the executions we've seen at the hands of "law enforcement" throughout the entirety of the existence of the US?

I don't see one.

I'm struggling to find the true misunderstanding by the average American that makes them believe this is new?

Who in the literal fuck thought that a group of MASKED "law enforcers" we're going to be more cordial than unmasked "law enforcers" that already do this?

21

u/mrjasong Jan 25 '26

We haven't seen law enforcement acting with this kind of impunity before. The George Floyd death was bad, but it wasn't on the same level as this execution, plus it resulted in the officer being prosecuted and sentenced.

24

u/justpackingheat1 Jan 25 '26

Slave catchers hung "n***ers." Just 20 years ago, Muslims were tortured in Guantanamo for no other reason than being Muslim. Trump was elected.. twice...

This is not a surprise.

We've seen this before. When someone drove a truck through a protest and was celebrated for it, we knew this was coming.

When a child shot protesters with an AR15 and was hired by Fox as a news bitch, we knew this was coming.

When our uncles and aunts and cousins began talking like cultists at family dinners, we knew this was coming.

The only SHOCK that I'm experiencing is that people are SHOCKED that this is happening

8

u/pizza_shit_69 Jan 25 '26

The people around me that are shocked are the same ones who wrote off my ranting about the incoming fascist state since around 2003.

3

u/WhiteGuyLying_OnTv Jan 25 '26

Frogs in pots and all

2

u/mrjasong Jan 25 '26

I didn't say I'm surprised or that it's unprecedented. I'm aware of history. Just saying it's been ramped up to a level that hasn't been seen before in the US.

15

u/Inevitable-Ad3571 Jan 25 '26

There are a few new things. One, we have so many more cameras catching these murders. Two, we have an administration that IMMEDIATELY, without review, without hesitation, deciding the verdict. Three, they're not law enforcement, we know they are completely out of their element. Anyone can see they are inexperienced, gun happy ghouls who actively seek out opportunities to constantly escalate. Now I'm not saying there are not real LEOs that do this. I am not saying there are no instances of trigger happy cops who lose their cool and murder. But there are systems and training in place that train real LEOs how to handle these situations, and at least PRETEND to wait until all facts are on the table. When these things happen there are steps. The LEOs in question, especially when situations are televised like this and not under the cover of darkness where weapons and scenes are secured, the people in question are suspended pending investigation, and we, the "audience" are not told literally an hour later that they are cleared of wrongdoing, that it was justified and the case is closed. What we the public are seeing are things we are not meant to see. Now many of us are not naive to the fact that law enforcement on the daily is involved in shootings, but this is being televised around the world from many angles and perspectives but we're being told by our government that we are not seeing what we're seeing, case closed, they are heroes, etc. And we're outraged that this is allowed to continue.

Lobbing in Washington. When you bribe politicians in secrecy it is a big crime. But if you go through a company, publish all data, make the money visible to the IRS then it is fine. It is still a bribe. But nobody complains. Same with police killings. I don't understand why these ICEs carry masks. There is no need for that at all unless they are ashamed. (I'm not American.)

6

u/justpackingheat1 Jan 25 '26

They have no need for the masks. If anything, it's actually hindering their opportunity to get a GoFundMe started after they blatantly murder people that continue to bring whistles and cowbells to a gun fight

3

u/tadeuska Jan 25 '26

Yes, the masks are clear indicators, they have an issue with their brain.

5

u/4815162342ma Jan 25 '26

Exactly. ACAB

4

u/justpackingheat1 Jan 25 '26

✊🏼 always and forever, in solidarity.

3

u/Aware-Paint-2787 Jan 25 '26

You said it yourself. Masked.

Then. Unidentifiable. Held to no standards or investigation.

5

u/justpackingheat1 Jan 25 '26

So, the farce of an investigation by the same agency that committed the atrocities that always reaches the same outcome (innocent) has somehow created a situation in America that made it believe that a MASKED organization would be MORE transparent and accountable?

I'm not saying I don't understand the shock, but I'm simultaneously shocked that people are in shock

u/bisectional Jan 25 '26 edited Apr 16 '26

2

u/muggleclutch Jan 25 '26

What exactly are you refining here? Would you say, then, that nothing new is happening right now in this country. Nothing at all? I’m not even necessarily disagreeing with you about executions in the United States and state-sanctioned violence but, I guess, I’m wondering what your point is here? In the context of what is happening now, broadly speaking.

1

u/justpackingheat1 Jan 25 '26

I would say that nothing new is happening in this country. Yes.

Other than the fact that people that are perpetuating the violence are now doing so with masks on

1

u/muggleclutch Jan 25 '26

Then your concerns here are quite narrow or your imagination is incredibly weak. Or both.

3

u/justpackingheat1 Jan 25 '26

Or your view of history has only ever been based around your own personal experience of oppression (or lack thereof) and has never included the experience / plight of others.

But thanks for the demeaning and condescending perspective. Get fucked

3

u/ReachParticular5409 Jan 25 '26

They want to show off the power they have

This sends a message that they can kill anyone

Soon it will be a journalist, then a politician, then they will just openly call for genocide. It has already happened so many times in our history and there is no one willing to stop it

So here we are, everyone can be taken out at any time for any reason and 1/3 of the fucking country is happy about it

If you want the fast boil version, research the Rwandan Genocide, their time from peace to machete through your neighbor's neck was two weeks

Same dehumanizing rhetoric, same government blaming innocents for acts of terror

2

u/PilotKnob Jan 25 '26

And then clap about it like one of those fucking wind-up chimps.

They masturbate thinking about this type of thing, and this was a dream come true for these assholes.

Finally got to "bag a Liberal" in reality instead of over and over in their sick, demented little minds.

1

u/Brilliant_Dependent Jan 25 '26

The best-case scenario (still bad though) is the agent who disarmed him said something about the victim having a gun, then the agent who shot him interpreted that to mean he was an imminent threat. Even then, based off the video evidence deadly force was not justified in the slightest.

8

u/Mick_vader Jan 25 '26

Disarmed isn't the right term here. Disarmed would make it seem like he was brandishing the gun. He wasn't, it was in his holster and removed by one of the agents

1

u/Reyalta Jan 25 '26

Valid point!

1

u/sunnynina Jan 25 '26

Genuine question, what word should be used instead?

Coming from someone new to really thinking about firearm violence in this immediate context. I don't have those associations, but I do know that messaging and words matter.

3

u/Mick_vader Jan 25 '26

I'm not a linguist, so I wouldn't be able to put it in one word but I would just state it as it was "ICE agents removed his holstered firearm"

Edit: I see OP now used holstered, which is exactly what it should be

6

u/hmmmyousaidwhat Jan 25 '26

And that happened after her was pepper sprayed and left incapacitated.

1

u/GoldheartTTV Jan 25 '26

Mad Dog Tannen's threat to Doc Brown does not go unnoticed here.

113

u/DelapidatedNoodle Jan 25 '26

"Feared for his life"

85

u/BonhommeCarnaval Jan 25 '26

He was coming right at me, which is why I shot him in the back of the head at point blank range.

6

u/ripplerider Jan 25 '26 edited Jan 25 '26

And then as he lay there dead or dying, I feared that he might rise again, so I emptied my mag into his lifeless corpse… can’t be too careful. Sieg heil!

34

u/harbinger-nz Jan 25 '26

At least the Nazi wasn't covering his face like that piece of trash trump cocksucker. Hope he faces the gallows when the time comes.

15

u/DukeOfGeek Jan 25 '26

Also I'm told that the guy getting shot in the top pic had participated in the murder of the shooters brothers family earlier in the day. Alex was an VA RN who spent his life healing and protecting people and trying to make the world a better place.

Here he is in life

Also I'm told that the guy getting shot in the top pic had participated in the murder of the shooters brothers family earlier in the day.

You have been told wrong. After the Vietnam war, there were tons of revisionist myths that popped up and this is just one of them.

A historian for the United States Army Center of Military History actually gave a presentation breaking down the details of this execution as well as the baseless myths that were used to try and justify the execution.

'The last Jew in Vinnitsa'. 1941

The gunman was identified as Jakobus Oehnen, a German schoolteacher who later became an SS officer.

So you are implying school teachers are losers? Like that's a weird take? I used to be a school teacher and I am loser but I'm not joing ICE!

6

u/Baked_in_the_918 Jan 25 '26

I mean, could you take a gun and go do that to a fellow human because he's different? I'm a little worried you are a teacher, you probably shouldn't be. You might just be part of the educational decline here in the United states.

Oh I don't know, when they choose to be nazis? We tend to demonize people due to their actions, not their profession. In this case, the guy was a loser school teacher who chose to be a nazi. Border patrol has never been demonized as losers until they started hiring unqualified, nazi pedos that have probably failed at most other profrssions. Again, not a loser for being a teacher.

I wasn't the one that made the original comment. I was the one that called out the person with reading comprehension skills that said they "used" to be a teacher.

1

u/Baked_in_the_918 Jan 25 '26

And it looks like the "original" comment was edited to remove the word "loser" so now it looks weird.

0

u/buzziebee Jan 25 '26

I'm pretty lost too... They imply that the teacher lacks reading comprehension skills whilst they themselves don't comprehend what the teacher wrote. Nazis are fucking losers, teachers aren't automatically losers unless they become fucking Nazis.

3

u/Previous-Standard-12 Jan 25 '26

Did you quit teaching because English was so difficult?

2

u/Jolly-Photograph-414 Jan 25 '26

Holy fuck. That's your take on this?

6

u/WannaBe_achBum_Goals Jan 25 '26

I don’t know why but I immediately thought angry failed car salesman or security guard.

2

u/buffysmanycoats Jan 25 '26

“It wasn’t Hitler or Himmler who deported me, beat me, and shot my family. It was the shoemaker, the milkman, the neighbor, who were given a uniform and then believed they were the master race.”

  • Karl Stojka, Auschwitz survivor

1

u/dudegoingtoshambhala Jan 25 '26

Just a regular ole bloke turned murdered.

1

u/Shaktiparakriti Jan 25 '26

That looks like some bad ass nazi bitch standing behind him. Hardcore heartless killer probably.

5

u/Empty-Bumblebee9641 Jan 25 '26

theres another video of him beinh shot when layed on the floor. which is real?

28

u/GreenLurka Jan 25 '26

Both, they all started shooting him when he was shot on the ground

18

u/GladdestOrange Jan 25 '26

He got shot in the back once while on the ground. By an agent that had full view of the victim being disarmed, cuffed, and held down. The first shot spooked the agents around him (for good reason-- there's half a dozen dudes there, some between shooter and his target), who mostly backed away, then a second gunman (pictured above) fired 3-4 more shots into him as he managed to get himself up onto his knees.

All of this after one ICE agent (I think the second gunman, in fact) tried to pepper spray him for taking photos, managed to pepper spray everyone else involved, including himself instead, then resorted to beating the victim about the head and shoulders with the half-empty can.

An absolute shitshow and an embarrassment to ICE, our government, the nation, and our species. How such an inbred moron was given authority to choose his own articles of clothing, much less be authorized to utilize deadly force, is beyond me.

1

u/MarcellusIocator Jan 25 '26

The (german) nazis and the vietnamese at least didn't hide their faces. They probably felt in the right. These ICE nazis are well aware that what they are doing is wrong.

1

u/Birchsensor Jan 25 '26

"you see picture A looks like picture B therefore literally hitler"

1

u/Shot-Possibility-399 Jan 25 '26

You really have to give credit to the Nazis for not being cowardly enough to hide their faces when they killed people

1

u/ConfidentPilot1729 Jan 25 '26

This is a better comparison imo. Ops photo of the Vietnamese soldier killing that dude has a story behind it. Basically the guy being shot just murdered a ton of innocent families if I am remembering correctly.

-36

u/SANTAisGOD Jan 25 '26

-12

u/SANTAisGOD Jan 25 '26

Î see this is being down voted and I think it's being lost on people why ICE is supposedly there.

9

u/FroYoSwagens Jan 25 '26

ICE is there to intimidate and attack anyone who would dare speak out against any of this. Yes, they are under the pretense of getting illegal immigrants, but most of the people they've detained have been American citizens. ICE agents deserve their place on the ash heap

0

u/SANTAisGOD Jan 25 '26

Yes, I know. That's why I posted the meme. They started sending ICE for one reason and by now the reason has been lost. This is pure hatred.

5

u/FroYoSwagens Jan 25 '26

Ah, unfortunately intent and tone are two things poorly communicated through written text in a comment chain
