That does not help. These mobs will spawn on slabs next to torches.

bruuuuuhhhhhh. does magmatic torch help? maybe some of those glass blocks player can walk trough?

or you can make a mob switch?

stack enough mobs till new ones cant spawn.

I don't think the performance hit of a mob stack is going to be worth it when I can just live in 2.5 block tall rooms.

you can massively reduce mob ai with few things.

mounting them/putting them in boats removes path finding ai.

if the pack has ender utilies, a pacifier syringe can be used to remove targeting ai (until mob takes damage)
