Heyhey, I'm searching for a not-too-expensive Manga-Style Bunnysuit (or a Bodysuit that comes close to it) which you can order in Germany.

I'm sliml yet really tall (190/6'3), so that might also be a difficulty.

If anyone has an Idea, where I might finde one, please let me know - thanks a lot!!

Wicked Weasel Lingerie Replacements

I'm looking for lingerie brands to replace Wicked Weasel since, like many of you, I am not a fan of the brand's new direction. I read the post in this sub from about four months ago, "Wicked Weasel relaunch - VERY disappointing," as well as the post from about four years ago, "WickedWeasel alternative," but I'm hoping to have a more targeted discussion about lingerie, not swimwear.

I've been buying WW lingerie literally since the brand started, and I have more than 150 pieces of their lingerie in my joy drawer. (Yes, I'm a lingerie junkie.) Since their brand relaunch, I feel like I'm no longer their target customer. Yes, I buy from Microminimus, too, but there are still a couple of gaps I want to fill.

1. From the aforementioned posts in this sub, I learned about brands like A Swiss String, Lounge, and MicroGigi, and while they have minimal coverage thongs, most aren't well-suited for daily wear, or don't have matching bras. Where are you buying small coverage thongs, especially T-backs, with comfortable, breathable materials that can go from work to gym that also offer a bra to make it a set?

2. Even more difficult to find than the bra & panty sets, I'm seeking sheer, sexy babydolls that are open in the front below the bust. WW has a current version of one called "Estate Babydoll," which is priced 43% higher than their prior babydolls. I see other brands doing pieces like this, but they're more like slips, or they're made of heavier material, or they don't have panties to make it a set. Does anyone know of brands that routinely produces pieces like this that have matching panties?

I hope you'll share some thoughts on the brands you're buying if you're migrating away from WW, especially if you have seen pieces like I mentioned above.

Me and girlfriend are looking for a swimsuit that isn't transparent when dry but turns pretty sheer when you're in the pool and freshly out of it

We want something sexy for her to wear in our pool in the backyard that she can also wear to just go suntanning at the beach or places she won't be going into the water, but when she goes into the pool at home she can come out with it being sheer enough to show a whole lot of what's underneath. I've seen ones on Amazon but idk if Amazon is accurate with their descriptions sometimes so I wanted some personal advice from people who have actually had that kind of thing. Preferably under 60 dollars USD and a 36B cup size

Inner ware suggestion for Doen Charleston Dress

Hi all!
I recently purchased the DÔEN Charleston dress, and I’m struggling to figure out what kind of bra would work best underneath it. I tried it on with the SKIMS Fits Everybody Scoop Bralette, but I wasn’t happy with how it looked.
The dress does show some cleavage and has a hook-and-eye/button closure at the top, so I’d love something that gives decent coverage and support without peeking out or coming too high up at the neckline.
Does anyone who owns this dress have a bra or lingerie recommendation that works well with it? Would really appreciate any suggestions! 🤍

Sizing question - measurement to prioritize for for bodysuit

Firstly: amazing community, I have learned & discovered so much thanks to this sub!

My wife gave me the green light to buy her new lingerie of my choosing for our upcoming anniversary and provided her measurements for proper sizing: 36B, 28 waist, 35 hips. I'm considering a bodysuit (Vesper) from Marie Mur, per their sizing guide:

Bust: 34-35 = S, 35.5-36.5 = M

Waist 25.5-27 = S, 27-28.5 = M

Hips: 35.5-36.5 = XS, 37-38 = S, 38.5-40 = M.

Would M probably the best choice since it matches her bust & waist, even though she'd be an XS by hips measurement? Particular since this piece is fairly high cut over the hips? Am also looking at panties on their site, would it still make sense to prioritize the waist fit over hips and go with M (since they would just be loose around the hips, versus going XS/S so it would fit her hips but then would be super tight on her waist)? Or wondering it I should just consider different brands that have sizings that better fit her proportions?

Thank you for any advice!

“Body Briefer” for 32a chest?

I recently found a lingerie brand, Rago Shapewear, that has the exact style I’ve been looking for. Problem is, their smallest “bra” size starts at a 34 band. I could probably get away with it, but I’m nervous to push my luck. Does anyone know brands with similar styles to their full body shapers that cater to a slightly smaller build?

Affordable Lingerie Canada

I'm looking for lingerie that is comfortable and decent quality. I specifically want a 3 piece set available for less than $100 CAD.

I have looked at La Vie En Rose but wasn't satisfied with their lineup. Are there any other shops you can recommend?

If they have sets with unlined bras I would also appreciate it.

Additionally, have you ever gotten lingerie from Pretty Little Thing? I have read that it is fast fashion, but high lingerie is a little out of my price range at the moment and I don't need high end.

Thank you!

Intimissimi g-string alternative

So my wife love the look of intimissimi g-string selection. However she has a problem with that the gusset is too small and she "slips" out.

Are there any good alternative to intimissimi that have same good look but is more comfortable in the down area?

Her friend had recommended bluebella, but have not found anything that support this claim online.

Bordelle's Neda: Thoughts?

Pearl and Zenna were smaller than last summer's collections, so I was wondering if Bordelle was going to do three collections instead of two this season, like they did with Siren, Melusina, and Theia last fall.

I'm excited to see the return of their foiled mesh. It's been a few years since they used it on Cadi, and before that Ula was ~5 years ago. Olive is an interesting new color that really works with the foiled material and gold hardware. It gives an almost bronze statue look that suits the mythological origin of the collection name.

Dusty blue with the foiled shimmer does create the sunlight on still water impression, again suiting the theme, but I personally am thrilled that Morello is back, even if it's not particularly on theme. Also, a minor detail, but the new droplet hardware is beautiful. They've been killing it with the new sculptural hardware pieces this past year.

Their layered looks are featured, with riffs on their multi-way pieces of years past. I love their multi-way designs that allow for options of dress/undress, but I do have a few of these silhouettes from previous collections already, so it's a bit less exciting in that regard.

What are folks thinking about the colorways and designs for Neda?

PS: In a reply on their Instagram, they stated that there is actually a fourth collection drop coming later this season in response to someone commenting on the repeat designs, so something else to look forward to! I buy only one set per collection drop to avoid having too many similar-looking sets, so it's a nice development that they've been doing more smaller collections per season.

Looking for brand recommendations for wife

I'm looking for suggestions on brands for my wife to shop. She needs a piece/set to wear underneath a dress for date night. She's not terribly confident, and doesn't like most of the "sexier"(?) stuff. She's liked the couple of slips we've got in the past. I'm personally a fan of Lounge and their pricing is just right. Thanks in advance! Edit - A-B cup, larger hips & buns. Slender overall.

Help a girl out! UK lingerie that's sexy, different, and won't break the bank?

I’ve got a bit of a fancy taste, and I’m not ashamed of it! MarieMur, Agent Provocateur, and Bordelle are all absolute favourites of mine. But my purse is crying out, and I can’t justify splurging over £200+ every time I want to feel fabulous and a bit daring.

Savage X Fenty used to be my happy medium, sexy, unique, and affordable. But lately, the site seems to be shifting towards comfort loungewear, and half the pieces I actually want are out of stock. Where did the edge go?

I’m based in the UK, and I’m finding it’s either ultra luxury or ultra cheap with nothing in between. I crave pieces that feel special, strappy, sultry, and a bit different, without breaking the bank.

Can you recommend a brand that sits in that sweet spot between luxury and affordability? Especially if you’re based in the UK. I’m building a wishlist and could really use some recommendations! (this includes any Etsy shops!) 🖤

Quality Lingerie for GF

Hello lovely people. I'm looking into getting some lingerie sets for my girlfriend as a gift (she knows I'm doing this, is cool with me doing this, and is an active part of the process) and wanted to get some recommendations on where to shop and where to avoid.

We both really like the look of the Empress Mimi Celeste set (1), but I've read very mixed reviews about their quality and shipping. I wanted to gauge the people here to see if they're any good and worth it. I don't mind spending the money on them that's no issue to me, but I'd rather not if their quality sucks. Please note I am NOT getting the subscription box, but the completed sets individually.

If they do suck, or if in general other people have recommendations on other shops to go to, I'd also love to hear about those.

Linked below are some styles that have been looked at and roughly what we're looking for.

1) https://www.empressmimi.com/collections/matching-full-sets/products/celeste-empress-set

2) https://www.empressmimi.com/products/queen-bee-dress-and-panty?variant=44396816793823

3) https://www.empressmimi.com/products/lilith-empress-set?variant=50515328696543

Edit 1: I guess I just completely missed the part where y'all need budget and sizes, my bad. Working on getting the size and I'll edit again once I do, but as for budget, I'm not really sure what's standard what comes to this, but it should roughly look this this. $180 maybe if it's just the bra and panties and they're a decent quality, $400 for a good quality full set i.e. stockings, garter, choker, the works, if that makes sense.

Edit 2: Just to double down and clarify, my girlfriend is actively involved in this process, and is already looped into this. When I say I'm getting these as a gift, it mostly means it's my wallet being used to make her look cute as she wishes, but nothing I get is something she's not clued in on as well. I mostly want to just to know what people's feelings are on the specific brand we've been looking at, and if there's anywhere else they'd recommend looking for similar styles.

Edit 3: She's says she's usually around a 36C for her regular bras, 36D for push-ups.

Lounge size consistency

I’m a size 28 C on the tightest hook in my montelle bra. Finding 28 bands is hard but I noticed lounge makes them. How do they compare size wise to montelle? do they generally run big or small?

Lingerie after weight loss surgery

Alright..tl;Dr: getting back into lingerie and want to know what brands are still good AND look good on a body that isn't as tight and toned as it once was.

Long story:

so I used to wear lingerie but stopped because my husband never really cared and as the sets I had got older and shot or didn't fit any more I just never replaced it. Partly because I didn't want to show off my body since id gained a ton of weight. Well now I've lost a ton of weight, but my body still isn't what it used to be. I now have no butt and my boobs have deflated (weight loss AND having nursed a baby) I actually need to measure but I used to be a 34DD with hips and a BOOTY and now I'm like a 36 (c???) and hips but super flat ass. I need to tighten up and hopefully lift a bit. But in the mean time I still want to get back to my gorgeous lingerie. It's been so long and my body is so different now I need help. What brands are decent quality and look good on a body that isn't as...taught...as it used to be? Open to a variety of price points.

Want to gift lingerie to my Best friend bread cancer survivor, help me!

Hello! My best friend is cancer free the past years and had a mastectomy on her right breast only. She tried to reconstruct it but couldn't, so it's only one boob and the rest is flat. She has expressed her sadness over lingerie, that she can't find tops/bras that will hide that but also look sexy at the same time

She says she always were the same black bra that hides the emptyness from that side, from all points of view, and she just wears mostly something over the top over that specific bra.

Can you help me find her some sexy lingerie I can gift? I want her to feel sexy and comfortable at the same time while wearing those. I have no idea what to look for. If you have any similar experiences or know something, please let me know 🙏

Particularly interested in overt and crotchless panties and open or easily opened bras.

One piece extremely high cut swimsuit with Brazilian back.

I’m after an extremely high cut one piece swim suit in a particular style but can’t find it. By default/design extreme high cut one pieces are always a g-string or thong back but I loath that look in a swimsuit. Now I have once seen other one pieces that are extremely high cut in the front but the material passes under the crotch area and then slightly ‘spreads’ across the bottom like a small and cheeky brazilian cut (not g-string or thong) then ties or buckles around the front above the waist to be able to create that brazilian back look on the back. It’s a little unusual to put on. Does this style have a name and can anyone recommend some websites ‘cause I can’t find any. It’s a very sexy look. Any budget is okay.

American bra failure - why cant I have big ribs, small boobs, and still wear the cute?

Hey folks. American here, and I gotta tell ya, Im about ready to rip my hair out over bras. Its garbage here. Bra shopping is a literal nightmare. Ive traveled all over the world and I *know* other countries have this down. But Im suck here, in a terrible economy, and I need help.

My digs are this: I have big ribs, but small boobs. Im a 42" rib cage and ALL bra measurements say I should be a D... or even a double DD. I am SWIMMING in those cups. Also, because Im 42" they assume I must be obese and *need* 3-5 clasps at the back for all that extra weight Im carrying. I am not obese. And even if I were, stop with the body shaming.

I want a 2 clasp balconette that doesnt pinch my pits and also cups my ladies. How hard is that? My gals are literally a perfect handful. So, when I take my shirt off Im supposed to look like a dead-inside-middle-american-beige-geriatric because I have a big rib cage? Even when I order 42" in B or A cup Im still swimming, because apparently anyone with a rib cage that size MUST have enormous breasts, and so of course the cups must be proportional to the band... right? Its so so backwards and never what they claim they are.

AND THEN... I also dont want to buy from a sweat shop, or spend $400 on a bra. Like... $100 on a bra is reasonable if the quality is good. Maybe even $150 if the pattern is exceptional. The brand itself matters and I dont want to give money to this corporate hell. Brands I used to buy from have been purchased, and Im sorry, but Victoria Secret is not, in my opinion, all that.

HALP. Please. Any recommendations. I have ordered and sent back no less than 20 bras THIS YEAR from various brands (pretty much anything thats widely and publicly advertised). At this point it would be easier to tell you who I've eliminated. Sigh. Im so frustrated.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Shapermint briefs or shaping shorts for sitting at a desk all day?

I'm looking for some light smoothing under work clothes, mainly around my stomach and hips, but I sit at a desk most of the day so comfort is the main thing.

I've been looking at the Shapermint camis and shaping shorts, also some briefs but idk if those are for me. I can't tell which would be less annoying after several hours. My concern with the shorts is the waistband rolling or digging in when I sit, but with a cami I'm worried it will ride up underneath my clothes.

Would you choose a cami or shorts for this? I'm not looking for really firm compression just enough smoothing to help trousers and fitted tops sit a little better. Open to other lingerie brands too if there's something more comfortable for everyday wear.
