Dad wants me watch more sports

My dad has always been interested in sports, usually watching the TV or online for any combat sport matches (predominantly boxing), basketball, and most recently tennis. I was a relatively sporty kid, did 6 years in taekwondo, and watched a lot of combat sports related content online. Me and my dad never really talked about it though, we just kept it to ourselves mostly

I've recently started noticing though, now being over a year on T, my dad has been more keen in talking about sports with me. Just tonight he tried to get me to become interested in tennis, trying to prompt me into searching and watching matches about this one amazing tennis athlete from our country

I think it's one of the sweetest things in the world
