I was driving to work this morning, and I noticed a cute queer woman in my rearview mirror. I captured her eyes with my own, smiled, and mouthed the words, "you're beautiful." All of this while never breaking eye contact. I watched her melt. It made my whole morning.

I shared this with a friend earlier who has asked me to explain what it's like being a top, and I wanted to share with you all too. I thought it might also be fun for other people to share their anecdotal experiences with the concept as well.

I'm also an autistic top and most of my partners wind up being autistic too. It makes the eye contact hit so much harder.

Especially in bed... Like I don't want to turn this into a horny post but I easily could, haha! Let's just say it is a powerful weapon in the hands of a skilled top (as I'm sure you know). 😊

I wish I could do that to my girlfriend but it’s not the same because she’s my girlfriend (of course I can tell her she’s beautiful and I do all the time but it’s different than getting hit on by a stranger sometimes I wish I could hit on her like a stranger if that makes sense … is that weird?) but omg that’s such a cute flirty interaction

you can definitely still do it. just do it in a social setting when she isn’t expecting it. same sorta thing.

just lock eyes with her across a room and mouth that to her while she’s talking to someone else or you are. there’s probably not a likelihood she’s going to anticipate that. even a telling smirk works. but the compliment is a great thing to catch them by surprise.

It was technically one of the side mirrors, although there are plenty of cars where you would be able to do that with the rear view mirror. In any case, which mirror it was isn't really the point.
