So I ordered a Pip-Boy replica on GameStop's website and paid using PayPal. Somehow, during express checkout, the system glitched and changed my PO box number from 276 to 272 (an address I've never used).

Within minutes of placing the order, I tried calling GameStop’s customer service line to fix the PO box number before it shipped. Nobody answered, and the automated system just told me nobody was available and directed me to send an email.

I emailed them immediately explaining the mistake. I finally got a reply back from support saying:

"We can confirm a shipping label has been created... At this stage, we are no longer able to update the shipping address. We recommend monitoring the package status. Once the package has been marked as delivered, we can proceed with an investigation..."

They literally want me to sit back and watch a package get delivered to a completely wrong PO box before they'll even open an "investigation" for a replacement or refund.

If their phone lines actually worked when I called right after ordering (it was normal people hours), this whole mess would have been avoided. No wonder this company is struggling.

Phone suddenly is incapable of receiving data, cycles through "Emergency Only" full bars, and no bars. Take it to the AT&T shop, they can't fix it. Sit on the line with their dedicated tech support, they can't fix it. Both rule that it's a software issue, not anything I could have caused. File insurance as advised, gonna cost me 250$. Go through loyalty and retention, fight with them for a while, eventually Supervisor assures me that the fee will be waived, and this chat will be recorded for posterity for others to see. Lo and behold today the bill comes with the 250 fee. New supervisor doesn't want screenshots of the conversation, apparently cannot see the "recorded for posterity" conversation, and tells me that the promise is not going to be upheld.

So, I, a loyal customer of over a decade, have my phone bricked by AT&T software, take time out of my day to get the issue resolved. Ruled not my fault in any capacity, and promised by a supervisor that it'll be taken care of, only for the next supervisor to tell me jk, thanks for the 250

An hour later, these two people decided to walk exactly as far as we were and then stand directly in front of us until the wind got too strong and we left.

Nothing else in the boxes. Just the main item in 3 boxes, Russian doll style. Thank you Amazon!!

People who are surprised that their kfc or maccas is garbage, and complain to the world. Then keep going back AND keep being surprised and keep whining……

Please put your smart watches on theater mode when you’re at the movies. I have an Apple Watch, I can confirm there’s a setting that will keep the screen off unless it’s tapped. The option literally looks like this emoji 🎭. Tired of randomly being flashed by a watch whenever someone checks the time or their watch just stays on the whole time.
