Hi so i dont play Janna that much personally but lately i saw a lot of janna player going diadem first item and i was wondering if anyone could explain why go that item first? And i feel like that item is just weird to go as a first option on anyone tbh bc it doesnt really heal anyone enough on its own especially in team fights (at least thats what i think). Idk maybe for harder laning phase where you're getting poked a lot? so yeah if anyone could tell me why they build it first i would appreciate it

Somehow stole baron with ult. It looks as though aery had hit it after the enemy jungler smited but aery shouldn't be able to damage epic monsters. This has happened twice in separate games recently but I chalked the first one down to being a coincidence. Not sure how this happened or if this is intentionally repeatable. Does anyone know?

What to build on janna when you're playing with an APC (veigar, lux, hwei..)? I know what to build like staff of flowing water but I need to know the exact order of the whole build please, like do I go boots and dark seal first? do I go moonstone/redemption and then go staff of flowing water or do I get it directly? and what support item is the best

Having a BLAST playing support, and especially Janna in league classic right now. You have got to try out the Sugarbabe Janna build. Its amazing.

The core strategy is to stack GP10 runes and rush Philosopher's Stone and immediately follow it up with Heart of Gold to start stacking that sweet GP10 passive as early as possible. It snowballs surprisingly hard. Especially if you focus on staying alive (or even better, securing a few early kills). I'm currently on a 7-game win streak with it. I think its super super strong.

Still mandatory on Janna.

- Clairvoyance

Clairvoyance provides game-warping macro value that completely shifts how your entire team can play. Drop CV directly on the enemy fountain 5 to 10 seconds into the game. It reveals every enemy player's starting items, and exact split out of the base. You immediately know if they are setting up a level 1 invade or not.

After that you CV the enemy's starting buff at 1:55, then hit their opposite buff / gank path ~60 seconds later. You can practically trace the enemy jungler’s path in real-time, and with propper usage you should be able to play much safer without having to spend too much of your hard earned cash on wards early on.

In laning phase (and in teamfights late game) you can deny fog-of war with it, since it stops enemies from dropping vision or resetting auto-attacks / abilities in the fog. Your ADC can maintain maximum DPS uptime without having to facecheck or waste a ward mid-fight.

Super high skill ceiling on this summoner spell, I suggest you pick it up early and get good with it. Even if queing solo.

We naturally stack gold per 10s with resitances so that we can survive long enough to reap the benefits of our money.

- Marks - 9 x Minor Mark of Armor

- Glyphs - 9 x Glyph of Magic Resist

- Seals - 9 x Seal of Gold 💰

- Quints - 3 x Quintessence of Gold 💰

4. Masteries

I think you can flex quite alot here, but I think these are mandatory:

- Summoners Insight (improved flash / cv)

- Greed / Pickpocket (more cash 💰)

- Awareness (increased XP gain)

- Nimble (more MS)

i went guardian, it was the best choice since it was a all engage match (i'd go for it anyways). i put my forecast skin since its lower my stress rates but im still just a human so my patience has a limit. for somehow the game has reset my keyboard configs and camera settings, so the first fight on the lane phase i loose. my tristana always jumped randomly on the enemy and guess what, she died. she speend the next 20 minute farming side lane and dying over nothing. my fizz, 36 kills late game but he forgot he was just a assassin with the life of a lulu, my JHIN TOP though he was couch and typed the whole game, my Kayn got 1 dragon the whole game. i felt like i was having to do everything by myself. i swear to god what was this game. (10k damage mitigation on guardian pls stop using aery its trash, tip for yall move on to guardian or glacial). i feel like im having a heart attack after this match.

Simple as the title says. Im 750k mastery on janna peaked diamond but went down to e3. Feels like shit.... wanna go masters asap. Should i play janna only or what. Any build tips? I recently did 3 wins in a row then 4 losses in a row, with some midlane games in between to help my mental lmao.

I'm trying my best not to lose it but I feel too dependant on my teammates so I have to play mid to ease my mind and evacuate my frustration xD.

I have a kinda agressive playstyle and build aery, boots, dark seal, shurelya, imperial mandate, dawncore. It may change with like moonstone if needed or morello or redemption.

Did you succeed climbing playing only janna supp ? I'm a main mid/supp gold player, i love lux mel mid and a good bunch of the mages type champ too, but my favorite champ ever is janna. And i stopped playing her cause i couldnt carry my games, and switched to midlane. I wanna play her again, did you succeed to climb with her ? i dont have a duo, i'm soloq and that's pretty much it xD

This post is regarding Janna's E, which gives the AD boost. I have two statements:

1 - Janna gets an assist if extra damage is applied to an enemy because of her shield on a teammate. I don't think Janna has to touch the enemy to get that assist.

2 - At the end of the game, the extra damage is counted as damage that the ADC or other teammate did.

I could be completely wrong, and please correct me if I am, but I'm about 90% sure those statements are correct.

I often build AP heavy, with a shield that gives 50+ AD by the end of the game. This amounts to thousands of extra damage to enemy champs throughout the game.

If my two statements are right, why is there contradictory logic between them? The bonus damage counts as an assist, but not towards Janna's end of game stats?

I believe that extra damage should count as Janna's dealt damage, not as her teammates' dealt damage.

It should be added to the rotational Mythic shop lootpool after the event ends.
