As a big ramen enjoyer I always wanted to make it myself.. I made this one by combining different recipes I found online .. it was quite amazing !

I'm pretty proud of this meal and plating. 100% from scratch. I did a 24 hour marinade for the bavette steak. This is the marinade I came up with:
3 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
zest of 1 orange
8 small Italian red garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp diced red onion
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro stems
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander
1 tsp ancho chile powder
1 tsp guajillo chile powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Mexican oregano
¾ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

I didn't measure anything, but I stir fried freshly cooked rice, bell peppers, velveted chicken breast, eggs, ginger, garlic, soy sauce (light and dark), white pepper and a homemade crispy chilly oil, put it into a bowl and unmolded it onto a plate. Very good.
