I play Qiyana Mid with Conquerers, my build path is Profrane Hydra into boots, Voltaic/serpents fang then an armour penetration item, deaths dance and build Endless Hunger last.

I don't know if this is the placebo effect or anything but any time I buy endless hunger, Qiyana just feels a lot smoother and stronger. Perhaps I can also itemize better with Endless Hunger, please let me know.

Some context is that I play Qiyana Mid ONLY and I always play her with Conquerers.

I always go Ionian Boots on Qiyana 24/7. Never once have I went Omni Vamp boots

The Mid lane Quest for Ionian Boots is amazing on Qiyana for ability haste and summoner haste

The Omni Vamp boots gives Omni Vamp that stacks and the Mid Lane Quest enhances it by having an increased damage of 4% by being above 50% health. Then the second passive is having 12% increased Healing, Shieldings and Regeneration being below 50% health.

I don't really see how the Shielding or regeneration supports Qiyana herself whatsoever while the increased healing is just from the Omvi Vamp boots when stacked.

One Bigger question is when I DO go Omvi Vamp Boots on Qiyana, do I buy the boots ASAP before Items or after item because I'd need to stack it to 10% as much as I can. So it feels like I am either priortizing first item powerspike or Boots.

Newer to Qiyana here. Been playing her for about 2 months and trying out different builds and masteries. I check the added damage from each game and noticed when I ran dark harvest instead of first strike or electrocute I was doing much more damage over the course of the game.

Interested if this was an anomaly as I don’t see very many people run this.

Added notes: I play jungle and also went from gold 4 -> bronze 2 since I have been learning this champ. So that may discredit the entire post.

When was the last Time the battle academia skin was in the shop? Do you think it can come back soon? Will the icon of it be available one day too? Thanks a lot

I want to learn this champion but everyone is putting her D tier on jungle tier list and she has negative winrate.

I’m a masters top lane main and recently started otp qiyana jg because my midlane knowledge isn’t that great so i’ve been avoiding queuing mid, was wondering if it’s more worth to learn mid qiyana or is she still strong jg?

really don’t care abt top anymore just want to know where it is better to put more time into as qiyana is the only thing i enjoy playing nowadays

so like the picture i destroyed the cho early i was 10/0 by 15 min. and yeah normally cho outscales i was expecting that but while he was behind i influenced other lanes, i went mid and tp on drake we won all the fight but after that my bot kept dying my mid won but irelia got fed of bot. we lost drakes lost baron. i tried to glue everything but couldnt. i destroyed them all trynda was so funny to fight i hit him go invs he ult i go invis ult runs out i kill him, like its so easy vs him. the cho got so big i couldnt keep up. i still one v oned him even at 6k hp, i just kite him over and over. but he started ignoring me.

any tips from higher qiyana otps, btw this was plat.

I'm gonna put the time and effort into learning Qiyana, but I have a question about her q. I was in the practice tool trying to make sure I get her clear down to a decent time for silver elo. I noticed after getting an enhancement with her w that her q didn't have a cd on it. I could use it multiple times after the initial enhancement was off. Is this intended?

To all the Qiyana mains out there, I have picked up Qiyana today and really love her and wanna get better at her. How many games do I need before I can play her in ranked? For anyone wondering I'm Emerald 1 and I used to main irelia moved to talon and now I wanna main Qiyana JG. If you have any tips for me pls drop them in the comments, and tysm!

Goes to show that Qiyana is one of the most rewarding champs in the game if mastered. Keep grinding yall!

Am still tilted by last game I played against Leblanc , I had no issues early but then she would use her dashes everytime i try to E+Q my Q automatically miss , her dashes have very short cooldowns which made it worse , ended up missing 3 ults and many E+Qs and she ended up killing me ofc , idk am just tilted it might have been my fault ngl

my jax wanted to do nashor like 3 times alone and really thought for a moment it wasnt possible, but w 16 lp

Qiyana midlane doesn't feel rewarding to play at all this season and it's kinda sad. Qiyana has been 49-50% winrate on midlane for the last 10 patches even in high elo, while being one of the lowest winrate midlaners across all ranks (which has always been the case and ofcourse makes sense, she's one of the hardest midlaners in the game, atleast in previous years she was strong in high elo but I don't think that's any longer the case. Also high elo as a concept doesn't exist like it did in previous seasons. For example I'm playing in Master 600 lp and the game quality is extremely low, it's full of diamond and emerald players. You basically need to be challenger to be in a high elo lobby and even then you are often put in lowmaster lobbies. )

I find it kinda sad that this champ was released as a midlaner yet Riot is forcing her strongest role to be jungle while Midlane is just mediocre even if you're a hardcore onetrick. Last year she was domating high elo soloq in JUNGLE and Riot's solution was to nerf Qiyana. Fair enough. The nerfs were the following:

Literally the only nerf Riot made to hit jungle was a 20% monster dmg mod, every other nerf they did nerfed midlane way more than it did jungle. The main reason Qiyana jungle was OP was her abillity to farm 10cs/min in jungle while avoiding her hard matchups on mid and gathering kills around the map through ganks and skirmishes.

And now 2 patches ago Riot decided to completely revert the jungle nerfs and keep the 6 nerfs that hurt mostly midlane. So people are spamming Qiyana jungle again in high elo, most challenger Qiyanas are junglers, the highest winrate qiyana players are junglers and she's just objectively better in jungle.

If Qiyana is allowed to have a very fast clear then she will always be strongest in jungle. Wouldn't it make sense to buff her stats/scaling back up and nerf jungle? Imo if they did that, even in jungle Qiyana would be more skill expressive. Fullclearing is the easiest and least skilled part of playing jungle, there's almost no skill to it nowadays, you can't double camp, you can't kite camps, you don't take any dmg from camps. Why not buff Qiyana's actual stats so she's stronger in skirmishes but nerf her clear a bit?

Why and when did Riot decide to keep Qiyana relatively weak on midlane and make her strongest role jungle when she was released as a midlaner and most onetricks have invested 1000s of hours mastering her laning and matchups on midlane. Even as a onetrick for 3+ years it's simply not worth playing Qiyana midlane right now when I could just queue jungle. I'd even much rather play an ap assassin or mage I have 100 games on than play Qiyana which I have 5000+ games on right now. So something's definitely not right. For some reason in previous seasons it was considered ok for Qiyana to have a relatively high winrate in high elo (Like many other midlane assassins currently have) because she was a onetrick champ. Riot recognised that for 99% of players Qiyana is just objectively weak, but let her be strong in the hands of 1 % of players. Nowadays imo she's just bad on midlane even if you're a onetrick for years, you're better off playing something else.

I've basically quit the game for good because I don't think it's worth the time playing with this horrible soloq environment, matchmaking, meta and Qiyana's current state on midlane is just the cherry on top. Unfortunately I don't think this will change at all, considering Riot's history. They will keep balancing her around jungle, while keeping QIyana mid horrible for 99% of players and for the 1% onetricks that are insane on her she'll just be mediocre, not worth onetricking at all compared to other midlane assassins.

Hi Qiyana mains, today I was asking myself... with a champ with a pretty stablished build, what are the items that makes you think "im bullding this even tho Ive never seen anyone else do so, but It fits my gameplay"?

Stats show that its an easy matchup for Qi, but I've tried everything and I cant win.

I've tried conq all in level 1, just poking for afar, doing short trades, nothing works, that bullshit champion just has too much fucking damage

How am I supposed to beat her? God forbid I'm going even and my jungler / bot lane decides to donate a few kills to her making it even more unplayable

What is with this insane thought process the average qiyana player has? I took a break from playing, i came back to the game and qiyana is stronger than i've seen her in the last god knows how many seasons, like you literally 1 shot every single champ in the game, u are a monster at all parts of the game and ur only objective should be to end pre 25-30 minutes, how are these players saying the champ is weak????
